For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to take care of others, and as a dentist, I not only get to take care for the health of my patients, but help improve their confidence to smile proudly as well.

very friendly staff! The dentist even called me himself to check up on me after I received some fillings. Since I’m pregnant they made sure they were extra careful when it came to xray and following my doctors orders. I left mint dentistry in irving where I was waiting 2 and 3 hours with an appointment just to be seen to being seen right away or within little to minimum wait time. I will definitely be going back.

A friendly staff that does a great cleaning job. They always call me in advance to remind me about my appointments and are almost always on schedule right when I walk through the door. I usually dislike going to the dentist, but with this office and Dr. Kainth, they make me feel comfortable and at ease.

My reviews are starting to be lobsided with onestar rants, so I thought it a good idea to show some love to an establishment with good customer service.
It sounds simple, but it’s not; this place actually cleans my teeth every six months. My previous dentist was understaffed. cleaning started being schedules 7 – 8 months apart and they wouldn’t highlight that gap when scheduling.
I changed insurance providers the week of my last cleaning, but the staff worked it out without putting too much of the anus on me. While they had me on the phone, they gave me a more convenient appointment time.

A cool breeze indeed! Just got back from the dentist’s office. The staff are very friendly. Twani does her magic every time. She takes the pain out of teeth cleaning. This time I got the prophy jet clean up which was super cool.

This is such a wonderful dentist office. I personally don’t like going to the dentist, but this office really makes the trip easy. I have been going here for over a year now and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences there. I have to go every 3 months because I hadn’t had a cleaning in so long, so I have been a few times. I had a problem with my insurance company paying for a procedure and they wrote an appeal letter to my insurance company and they paid my claim in full. Seriously, best dentist office ever. The front desk is always very helpful and kind. Tawni is the one who cleans my teeth and she makes it easy to want to come back. My teeth have never been this healthy and clean. Dr Kainth makes you feel very comfortable and they always explain in detail what all the steps for a procedure will be. I have referred friends and family to them just because of quality of work and people in that office.

I have been seeing Dr. Kainth since 2007. He has always been professional and never recommends unecessary procedures. I had a particularly difficult tooth that many dentists in the past have had a hard time dealing with, but Dr. Kainth took a careful step by step approach to help with the problem. His staff has always been friendly and I really like his hygienist, Tawni, as well. I wouldn’t see anyone else.

This place is a joke! Maxed my VERY good insurance out on a procedure that has never cost as much as they’re trying to charge. Had me get carecredit and took the payment for things I haven’t even had the services performed and trying to send me to a specialist and then return to their facility to put a crown. Since I have now declined to continue on with this nonsense they are going to charge me $ 199 since I didn’t complete the procedure at their facility and $ 59 for some X-​ray that just so happens not to be covered by my insurance. Not to mention the restroom is right by the rooms and I heard the dentist go to the restroom and make some not so attractive sounds. let’s just say I’m glad he was done putting his hands in my mouth.

After leaving my last review, Dr. Kainth reached out to me immediately to not only apologize but he also asked me to come in and take a look at my sensitivity issues. The entire office was so accommodating and understanding. Though my concern was overlooked the first time, Dr. Kainth and his staff did everything they could to make it right; this is what customer service is all about.

Cool Breeze Dentistry provides great service! Tawni does an awesome job and job and so does Dr. Kainth. Highly recommend this dentist after having horror stories from past dentists. Cool Breeze gets you in and out very quickly and promptly.

I had my semi-​annual cleaning. Unfortunately I had 2 cavities! I guess I have to cut back on my sweets. Anyway, I got my teethed cleaned by Tawni, who was great, and then had to to get my cavities filled the next week by Dr. Kainth. He numbed me up good! I didn’t feel any pain, and it was over in an hour. Nobody wants cavities, but at least the discomfort was minimal and over fast.
See you guys in 6 months.

I have been a patient of Cool Breeze and Dr. Kainth’s ever since I moved to Dallas a few years ago. I found them through a friend’s recommendation.
I don’t like going to the dentist like everybody else, but Dr. Kainth and staff make it relatively painless. They are thorough, take the time to explain what’s happening, and they use modern dental equipment. Dr. Kainth strikes me as honest and straightforward – I never feel like I’m being upsold services like at other dentists I have been to.
The office is conveniently located and the hygenists and front desk people are courteous. Overall a good experience.

But I would not recommend their service, he gave me a list of items that was not needed. No wonder we are paying so much money for insurance for this kind of dentists.

I can’t say enough good things about Cool Breeze Dentistry. Dr. Kainth put me at ease immediately which isn’t easy to do since it had been years since I had been to a dentist. But the doctor and staff were so wonderful and can’t thank them enough for getting me back on track. And now I’ve got my husband coming in who is post liver transplant. Dr. Kainth took the initiative to call his liver doctor to discuss his special circumstance. What a wonderful dentist! AND the actual doctor has called me several times himself to make sure I’m okay, ensure I understood instructions etc. Thank you Dr. Kainth for caring so much. And thank you for the wonderful staff. If you’ve been putting off your dentistry needs because of pain and anxiety, look no further. Dr. Kainth is the doctor for you and his staff has the same wonderful attitudes.

Coolbreeze dentistry provides great service and is very fast at getting patients in to take care of dental issues. I love this office. The staff are all so great and the Dentist is amazing. You can tell that Dr. Kainth is very compassionate and he strives to make his patients feel comfortable.

I love Cool Breeze Dentistry, there is no pain here! Dr. Kainth is very patient and gentle; he definitely doesn’t want you to feel pain. I have had horrible experiences with dentists before (white knuckles, holding on to the chair), but not here! He also called me personally the next day to check on me.
I have referred others and they agree. Dr. Kainth and his staff are excellent and friendly. Highly recommended!
