Dan Garber – State Farm Insurance Agent

This review is directed at State Farm directly. The one star is for the agents office. To their credit they are pretty friendly. I have in the past been shuffled off for a few days but I believe this was because they didnt want to deliver the bad news.
Facts:
1. Been with state farm the entire time ive been driving. 20plus years.
2. Had a wreck. my fault. first one 3÷30÷12. 04÷3÷12 the rental car was demolished due to hail. Yeah bad week.
3. October 2014 i was «cancelled» but placed under a state farm mutual policy and policy premium through the roof. Yes this was done just 5 months shy of the accidents coming off the policy. How convenient.
4. It was explained to be i know had three at fault claims yes including hail.
Long story short. State Farm is a great company unless you have to use them. I was a claims adjuster for Geicio. Give them a call. Or ALLSTATE.

Dan has reached out to me since my first review. I honestly believe that my concerns and complaints did not even reach his desk and the bad experience came from a now departed staff member.
So I am going to leave this at 4 stars. State Farm as an insurance company is great. Very happy with their service.
