They don’t adequately supervise the residents for safety and protection. And they don’t even work with the residents of the surrounding area or the local law enforcement when somebody escapes the facilities., This place just shrugs it’s shoulders until it makes the news. Only then does it come forward with any statement.

Our 24 year old daughter has been fighting for her life, after losing all but a foot and an inch of her small intestines became necrotic, due to neglect, poor charting, placed on over a dozen meds and they only sent a few home, as they are trying to cover their tail, as the doctors have stated that our child never needed any of those drugs. She also had foot funk on all of her toes, of which they never addressed, after multiple requests by me to have prescription to grow out the fungus. They are incompetent, rude, refuse to return calls, and Connie, who runs the show in Krum, a piece of incompetent garbage! We are taking legal action to have the whole system they run shut down, as we have found out about over a dozen others that have had to be placed elsewhere, or died, due to their neglect! BEWARE, AS YOU ARE NOW WARNED OF THE TRUTH ABOUT THESE SCUMBAGS!
