If I could give a negative star rating I would. This company is full of liars, scam artists, and deceitful practices. They lie and tell you they will give you an extension and then you don’t hear for them for over a month and then they report your account as sixty days late. I was on unpaid maternity leave and tried to apply for an extension in October. I was told I would need to pay October and then call back in November for the extension but to make sure it was the day after the due date. So I call back after the due date in November and they then tell me they cannot due it because it is past due so I need to pay it. Fine whatever I pay it again with my last check from work. Then they try to tell me I don’t qualify because I haven’t had the loan long enough. I have had the loan for over two and a half years so i tell them they are full of it. Then they say they will process the extension. In December I get another call saying my payment is late. I call back and want to know why my extension wasn’t given and they again tell me I don’t qualify. I demand to know why I don’t qualify and they say they made a mistake and I DO qualify. In January the same thing happens. They have now reported me late on my credit report and I never had a late payment for the life of the loan. They know it is almost paid off and are now treating me like garbage. I will never EVER use them or recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY BECAUSE THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CREDIT!!! BUNCH OF LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!!

I just bought a new car. This place is my finance company… instead of a «welcome» call they call you and act like the payment is already months late. I’ve literally had the car 9 days. No «Hi, Hello, welcome or thank you»…just this onslaught of moronic questions and a rude hang up. Work on your customer service Exeter. REALLY… IT’S BEEN NINE STINKING DAYS AND YOU’RE ALREADY CALLING ME.
