Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas

We have dinner in the restaurant every other month. Atmosphere, Food, Service … always Excellent!!!

Excellent place to stay. All businesses should take note of customer service here! When checking in there was even a table for kids to write letters to Santa!

Very nice resort with exceptional customer service. We stayed in a 6^th floor tower suite, always kept exceedingly clean, neat, and well-​stocked by housekeeping, with a pool/​golf course view. Amazing Sunday brunch at Café on the Green. Their regular breakfast buffet is good as well, but the brunch is not to be missed. Enjoyed drinks and snacks at both bars and were wowed by the friendly and attentive staff. Honestly, all of the staff we encountered here were incredibly helpful. Top notch employees! My friend loved playing the TPC course and I had the pleasure of a relaxation massage in the spa. It is expensive to stay here, but they do offer packages if you take the time to research. Definitely a great experience and we plan to return our next trip to the Dallas area.

Expensive. Old world traditional big windows nice staff jazz on the speakers etc too. I mean it’s nice once in a while but i like my Asians and African American peeps too so yeah. I think I’m a populist at heart so not gonna make this place a habit or anything.
Go once.

I hosted an event at this location and the service level which I received was stupendous! The Decore, the ambiance, quality of food, menu selection, and the professionalism of the event planning/​management team was extraordinary! What’s so mind boggling about Four Seasons is that all of their locations around the world offer the same high level of five star service!

This was my first stay at this hotel. I thought it was really beautiful. The only negative was that I ordered room service for breakfast and I think they forgot about me. After an hour I called them to check on my food and they finally brought it up. I had a suite with a balcony that overlooked the pool. I loved sitting out there in the morning. Overall it was pretty pricey, but very nice.

Spent a weekend here in one of the Villa rooms. While the rooms are very large and nice, there was nothing luxurious about them. I didn’t notice much of a difference between these rooms and ones from a nice Hilton or Marriott. Views from the room were beautiful, but for the cost of the room I was expecting something a little more luxurious.
The main pool area is very nice, and they have little kiosks with flavored water and sunscreen which is quite nice. I got a massage which was good, but nothing special. The spa area is very nice, and enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and steam before the massage. The price of the food is a little too high. I understand it’s the Four Seasons and you’re gonna pay more, but just thought it was a little too high for what you get.
What gets 5 stars is definitely the service. The service was exceptional all weekend, whether it was at the pool, the restaurants, room service, spa, etc. They really do enhance your experience.
Overall I really enjoyed my weekend here. The property is very nice and the service is great. Maybe my expectations were just a little high as the Four Seasons is considered one of the most luxurious hotels in the world. I feel that the rooms and certain other areas could of been a little more «grand» or luxurious to fit the Four Seasons name. Other than that, I would still recommend this place for a nice stay.

Challenge after challenge at check in. Room not ready, lap pool closed for renovation despite calling 2 weeks ago to confirm the hours open, a/​c stuck on high and not working on lower settings, and no recourse from management. This is not your typical four seasons experience — very low market.

Clean, relaxing and cozy, a great place to stay!

Our experience has been subpar at this four seasons. Four seasons have been one of our fav hotels to stay and this is our first bad experience at a FSH. I’m compelled to post.
The service at the restaurant was very poor. Although the restaurant was relatively empty, the wait was long and service was very slow. One of the waiters was down right rude. Uncharacteristic for a hotel such We had two parties on our group and we have requested the bills to reflect this upon being seated. At the end of the meal, the waiter unfortunately did not split the bill. When we asked to split the bill 50/​50, the waiter appeared visibly annoyed. Really??? Orders were mixed up and I had to remind our server three times before I received my drink. Our family friend had hot syrup poured on his shirt. I called for house keeping at 9 pm after finding unexplainable spots on our sheets. One of the three elevators has been out of order the entire stay (4 days) but «out of order» sign never made it to the elevator. This was out of character for a four seasons hotel experience. Hopefully this is an isolated experience.
On the bright side, the gym is great and equipped with pretty comprehensive free weights. Probably one of the best hotel gyms. The spa is nice as well. The staff at the spa is pleasant and very accommodating. The valet service was great as well. Unfortunately these great features and experience were overshadowed by the negatives noted above.
I don’t think we will stay here again.

A beautiful resort in the great legacy of the Four Seasons name. I’ve been lucky to stay here many times for work and have always been blown away by the level of service and attention to details I’ve always received. Beautiful, well decorated rooms and amazing resort amenities (the pool, the fitness center, all the restaurants!). Superb hotel and service, can’t wait to go back.

Let me tell you about how awesome this staff is. I made a reservation for 10 people, and at the last minute, that number doubled, and we were a group of 20, and we were late ! The hotel greeted us with graciousness and kindness, gave us our own room, and everything was impeccable. The food, outstanding. The service? Outstanding. The hostess was so kind to me, I got a stain on my dress and she escorted me to get a stain stick. Impeccable experience. Bravo staff !

This place is so cool. I love the gym/spa…it alone is worth the visit. I had a corner room with balcony that was very spacious and comfy. Bar area is friendly and I decided to find on for the night there. Great eats.

My husband and I stayed in a villa here after we bid for it in a gala auction. I was reluctant at first, because we already live in Dallas, so it seemed somewhat prodigal to stay in a hotel twenty minutes away from where we live. But the money went to a good cause, so I went with it. Once we arrived, I was happy we did it!
This is a five-​star gold resort with five-​star service. (As a side note, Four Seasons is the only AAA Five Diamond resort and club in the State of Texas, so take that as you will.) The resort is pretty large, with a ton of buildings, two restaurants, lounge bars, a spa, four swimming pools, a very nice fitness center, tennis courts (both indoor climate-​controlled and outdoor courts) and two golf courses. The golf courses are beautiful! They are the courses that host the PGA Tour’s annual HP Byron Nelson Championship. There are also many resort staff members driving gold carts around that will offer you rides around the resort if you do not feel like walking.
The rooms were nice and spacious. Nothing too insane, but I did appreciate the floor-​to-​ceiling windows and fluffy bathrobes. There was also a spacious bathtub with an adjustable shelf that allows you to read while taking a bath without risking dropping your book in the water.
Besides dining at the resort itself, a lot of the guests seemed to gravitate toward a find dining restaurant named Via Real (a mere two minute drive), which has gourmet southwestern food. I would recommend that if you’re staying at the Four Seasons.
Definitely one of the best hotels in Texas. I was sad when we checked out.

I have been here a few years in a row now for a work conference and it is amazing every single time. The staff are friendly, the rooms are wonderful and the food is super yummy. Every year, I am delighted to see they can deliver great tasting food over a myriad of dietary restrictions. All the food on the buffets was labeled so I could easily see what I could and could not eat. This year, I fell in love with two soups that were offered during my stay so I emailed a request for the recipes and they were delivered to my inbox less than a day later! So excited to try these 2 recipes at home. Both were vegan, 1 was for tomato bisque and and the other for creamy onion.
The gym here is also fantastic, just be prepared to walk a bit since it is not within the same building as the hotel.
There is also a grocery store, Tom Thumb, across the street within walking distance, which is very handy as I like to have access to a wide variety of snacks when I travel!

I was just here in January grabbing a cappuccino in the lobby bar. Served unsweetened, it is different than many will be used to. Just add the sugar or sweeten liquids like hazelnut.
The best time to visit is spring and summer to enjoy the resort pool and spa. All rooms are fine, but for a real treat splurge on the personal villas.

My family and I came over here for a Thanksgiving brunch. There were a lot of other groups here, so it was nice seeing everyone getting together with their own families and friends. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend Thanksgiving than a nice setting Four Seasons provides. Talk about complimentary valet and buffet style of fancy eats in a nice fancy hotel. No need for a turkey dinner after experiencing a perfect turkey brunch. Special thanks to the hotel and dining staff for making this a worthwhile experience.
Foods ranged from your traditional turkey dinner, waffle station, omelet station, hors d’oeuvres, LOBSTER, and believe it or not, a sushi bar! Desert time was the most challenging part because I had to carefully channel my enthusiasm in a safe, mature direction. I wanted to take pictures of the artistically crafted deserts, but I ate all of them before I had a chance to. Oh, well! The memory still retains! Just envision deserts you’d expect to see on Food Network — that’s probably an accurate representation.

Everything you expect from a Four Seasons. They make you feel appreciated. Check in was pleasant. Rooms were a good size and well decorated. Service was above average.

I have never had a worse internet experience at any hotel. Nothing would stay connected, wi-​fi kept dropping our ipads, no matter where we were in hotel. The Free service was so slow and cost too much, and the $ 16 a day service was not better. Great hotel, just don’t come here to be connected. Nobody could fix it the whole day.

The Christmas Day Brunch at Café on the Green was my first time at Four Seasons. It was by far the most delicious, and expensive, Christmas meal I’ve ever had. The buffet was large enough that everyone in my 6 person party had different meals. I imagine this buffet is like what you would find in Vegas, but the 5 star version.
I was delighted with the seafood selection. I’m pescetarian and its rare to find so many options at a buffet. I plated up boiled shrimp, sushi, smoked salmon, oysters, seafood salad, crab claws, and seafood pasta. After I ate all of that, I waited sheepishly for someone else to make the first move for seconds then went back for more. I tried their «smashed» potatoes. I don’t know what the difference is between «smashed» and «mashed,» but they were good. There was kids table at kids height with little triangle sandwiches and I literally stooped to the level of taking one. Who could resist trying a 5 star PB&J? The deserts were on a whole different level. There was a desert room. A whole separate room. Just with deserts. I grabbed like 8 different mini deserts and had a bite of each. There was no way to try it all.
The only thing I disliked was being offered a mimosa when I sat down, and then being charged $ 10 for it. For $ 85 a person, a mimosa should be included with brunch. And if you’re going to charge for drinks, bring me a menu.
The hotel itself was elegant, but not extremely fancy. The café had floor to ceiling windows and it was lovely to watch the snow while we ate. There is a large pool that I’m sure is fantastic and I hope I find the time to have a spa day at Four Seasons this summer.
