As a frequent user of transportation services, I have to admit I’ve grown rather selective in those I choose to utilize for those transportation services. I place customer service at an absolute premium. As such, I must say I’m quite shocked to read the negative review below. Because in my experience, GM transportation in Irving, Texas has provided service that has been nothing short of stellar.
I have driven with GM transportation a total of 15 times in the past nine months. I believe the frequency of my reservations reflects how satisfied I am by the quality of the experience. Twice I have used the town car limo service for intimate gatherings. Far more often I’ve utilized the large suburban when traveling in a larger group. I have been driven exclusively by a driver by the name of Mike. Mike is extremely courteous, punctual and respectful. I was blown away by his professionalism. He also was quite witty and kept me laughing my entire trip. I really appreciated the sense of camaraderie when riding with him. Not only did he get me where I wanted to go in a timely manner, but he made the drive all the more enjoyable with his great sense of humor.
Punctuality. Incredibly competitive rates (the lowest I have found here in the DFW area). And drivers like Mike who not only exude professionalism, but know how to keep their customers entertained.
In short, when it comes to transportation services, I don’t think there is a better choice than GM Transportation.

DO NOT USE GM TRANSPORTATION
If I could give ZERO stars I would! Their customer service is a joke! If you have Julie working on your reservation, then GOOD LUCK, because you probably will not be picked-​up — just like my boss was not!
We made pre-​paid reservations on Sunday for a Tuesday morning airport transfer. Boss landed at Dallas Love at 11a, and by 11:45a had still not been picked-​up. He tried calling the number given several times before he got myself and another assistant trying to contact anyone at GM Transportation to find out if the driver was en route or not. Finally, Julie answered (by mistake, I think) and told me that she was on a conference call and would need to call me back — WHAT??? Are you for real right now?! This company is completely unprofessional, and I would never ever use them nor refer them to anyone again!
PS — The concierge at the Hyatt Regency DFW had referred us to the company, however, we have since called them to inform them of the atrocious behavior so that a future traveller will not have this same problem.
