H&R Block

Tax season… It’s no fun but necessary. I was one of the many folks who got lured by H&R Block’s catchy commercial campaign this year. Last minute at that. These guys got me in for an appointment no problem despite my procrastination. And though this temporary office set up is rather plain and dull, the respect for my time and overall customer service were noticeable and much appreciated. Dan Harrell is probably one of the friendliest guys in the building and I highly recommend him. He’ll do everything he can to get every penny you’re entitled to, and is quite upbeat and personable during the entire process. Unclear about a rule or exemption? He answered all my questions and I felt quite comfortable asking him about pretty much anything. I will be returning to this location again next year.
