You know when you read something you wrote and you’re like, «hmm, I totally agree with this guy» and «damn, this guy writes really well»? That happened when I read my review from last year. I just had my annual eye exam and it was just as good this year as it was last year. Top notch service and everyone’s very nice and competent. Apologies by the way for being late to my appointment.
One thing is that I’ve heard they are a little pricey on eyeglasses and contacts fitting, but for the service you get, I wouldn’t be able to complain.

They don’t accept my insurance, but they offer decent discounts. And, after a couple comical and questionable experiences with high-​end yet sub-​par competing optometrists, I’m back for life.
Great doctors, skilled workers, and talented craftspeople — especially if you’ve got a complicated Rx.
Best frame selection in DFW and great help with picking out frames. Las Colinas Vision Center has got an eye for eyes.
From someone who considers glasses to be jewelry for the face: I tried ‘em all; this is the place.

Called back to reorder more contacts and my experience was every bit as convenient and customer-​friendly. When I expressed concern about how long the order would take to arrive, the tech offered to leave a trial supply at the front desk for me to get me through until my order arrived. Wonderful service!

This place is incredible! It’s large, and can accommodate a lot of people – yet still maintains a stylish and homey appearance. Leslie was the assistant who did all of my pre-​exam stuff. She was super kind, always looked me in the eye when she talked to me, and always explained everything that she was doing. Dr. Park was great too! He knows his stuff, and was able to get me some good eye drops to help with my extreme dry eyes. Nathan helped me pick out frames: he has an eye for style, and he found a pair that I loved and could also afford! I will definitely be coming back here. Don’t waste your time at Walmart!

I love Las Colinas Vision, have been going there for the past 5 years. I have only seen Dr. Park, but I hear great things about all the doctors. No matter where I live in the DFW he is my guy. My husband drives from Arlington to see him, I work in Las Colinas so still very convenient. I have no issues scheduling appointments and find the staff very efficient and friendly.
They do a great job with contacts. I have a severe astigmatism and what seems to me a constantly changing prescription and they have worked with me on getting the right contacts and always show me new options available. My husband was a hopeless cause trying to get contacts in and they worked with him showed him tips and even took pictures and he finally is able to wear contacts.
I have had both an eye infection and what I found out was contact irritation and Dr. Park was able to get me in the same day both times and bill my medical insurance with no issues for my treatment. The only con I think I can voice is I think their prescription classes are expensive. They only have name brand and I my glasses are always pricey. I have no one to compare it to since I need every compression extra you can because of my bad vision, but I am going to take my prescription elsewhere and see if I can get a better deal.

My Overall Rating — 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Facility\Food, Return)
Atmosphere — Las Colinas Vision Center is an outstanding state of the art facility in Las Colinas. You’ll find the optometry office on one side and the eye care center on the other. There is plenty of waiting space included a play table for kids. The facility has only been around for a few years (they moved here) and you can tell as it is an extremely nice place. 1 Star.
Service — The staff here is great. My optometrist is Dr. Park, and he is efficient, knowledgeable, and is very personable. Likewise the eye care specialists will work with you to find the best pair of glasses for you, and ensure if you have the right fit. They can also do minor repair of glasses/​sun glasses. YMMV but they’ve helped me rescue a few pairs of glasses that I thought were broken beyond repair. 1 Star.
Facility — As stated above, the facility really is fantastic. What I like about the optometry area is there’s a separate waiting area for patients if you’re waiting to get your eyes dilated. That way you don’t stumble around looking for the right room. As far as the eye care center goes, the only downside is that it can be pricey. You won’t find many promotions that you may get from chain stores. In most cases, I find that if I must use my insurance, there’s still a bit out of pocket expenses. 1 ½ Stars.
Will I Return? — Yes for my annual appointment with Dr. Park. Maybe for glasses if I can get a good deal. I still this they have a great combination of doctors and specialists here. Again, my only hesitation is that the amount you pay for glasses may be steep. ½ Star.

1 Star — Atmosphere — Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I’ll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm.
1 Star — Service — You can have a great meal with bad service. But that’s also what can make a five star joint drop to four. It’s important to the dining experience that service is great and on point.
2 Stars — Facility — I’ll award up to two stars for the facility, since this is the main reason we go out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it’s really all about the facility.
1 Star — Will I come back? — If I know for a fact I’ll return, I’ll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return.
Each Category can be given up to 1 star except food (2 stars) because I consider all these categories important to the overall dining experience. I will sum them up to provide my final Unilocal score.

I was referred to this vision center through my insurance company. I was skeptical at first but once I arrived for my appointment I was taken away by the friendly staff and technicians.
Dr.Park and his team were very caring and wanted to answer any questions I had. I didn’t feel rushed and felt very at ease.
Dr.Park took his time to find the perfect fit of contacts for my eyes.
I have been wearing contacts for over a decade and have came across several optometrists and I can tell you quiet honestly Dr. Park out ranks all of them.

To be fair, I never saw a doctor and, based on the other reviews, I’m sure they are good at what they do. I walked out of my appointment based on two things: 1) the technician left another patient’s medical records up on the screen and left the room and 2) she answered health questions without my input. Seeing as this was our first meeting, I’m not sure how she would know my family history or personal habits without asking me. I can’t trust a place that doesn’t value the integrity of medical records.

Las Colinas Vision Center is excellent. Dr. Krivacic and his staff are thorough and pleasant. The office is very nice as well.

Dr. Park is very thorough. No complaints, at all. He has always moved around his schedule to accommodate me when I had an emergency occur. Erin is also a rockstar! I never have had a bad experience in over four years. Check them out. Tell them I referred you… I could use the referral dollars. Haha.

I needed a contact eye exam, and I decided to come here after seeing the Unilocal reviews.
I made an appointment via phone, which was reasonably quick and easy. However, they did have to change my appointment time a few days beforehand.
Pros:
–I saw Dr. Park, and he did a good job with the exam and explaining everything.
–Complimentary check up in 6 months
Cons:
–Entire appointment took about 50 min, which was a bit longer than I expected.
–Excess wait time of 5+ min for second exam after initial exam (one of the employees went off to go do something else since the room was initially taken)
–Had to throw away my current contacts, which I had just worn for a day, to try on the new ones
The numbers:
Acuvue Oasys contacts were $ 31/​box.
Eye exam was $ 15 copay.
Contact exam was $ 90 ($ 76.5 after 15% insurance discount)
Insurance only covers max of $ 60 if not purchasing contacts.

I’ve been to Dr. Park for the past few years. I like his service. Does a decent job, straightforward, no fanfare.
The clinic is well run and professional. I’ve recommended it to my wife and would recommend it to anyone.

Dr. Krivacic has his staff are excellent. I have been going to them since I came to Dallas over 20 years ago when his practice first opened.
Dr. Krivacic does an excellent job of explaining what he is doing and why during eye exam process and how his findings impact your vision.
The facility is very nice and they have a nice selection of glasses frame and contacts. I always order my glasses and contacts from them and their prices seem to compete favorably against online retailers.
