MacArthur Cleaners

In September of 2009, it occurred to me that I have been going to MacArthur Dry Cleaners for the past 10 years. What you need to understand is that I am very particular about customer service and consistency. And these guys are both! If you get you order in before 9am, it’s done by 5pm. I’ve never had an issue with the condition of my order… and that’s right… Not a problem in 10 years!

We recently moved to Valley Ranch and this cleaner service was recommended by a neighbor via NextDoor. I’ve been very happy. The woman who runs the place is always very nice to me and finds some reason to compliment me each time I come in, whether it’s my hair, my clothing choice for the day or the fact that I’ve recently been losing weight. I’ve been happy with the prices as well. We tried another local cleaners prior to going to MacArthur Cleaners and I had sticker shock there. The prices are competitive and the service is very nice. We will likely keep going there for the foreseeable future.

I joined Unilocal just so I could give this place a negative review. I am a waitress and pride myself on my manners to anyone I deal with on a daily basis. I picked up my clothes and she told me 13.50 (for 3 mens shirts and an apron) which is a few dollars more than I expected. I askee her if she could make sure that was correct and she said I justwork here I dont make the prices and I said I uunderstandbut it seems a bit high. I am not questioning the prices, just the amount I was charged it seems high. She started shouting at my and I asked her if she was alright that I wasnt mad I am just making sure that I am paying for the right thing. She said I needed to pay and leave so I gave her 13.50 and asked to speak to thw manager or owner. She said get the fuc* out I am the manager and I told her okay and that I will never give her my business again. She told me she would call the police. I said that would be just fine because she over charged me (she charged me for womens blouses instead of mens shirts which is what I brought in) she called me a mother fuc*er and open the door and pushed me out (with her fingertips) I then maybe used some profanity at that point too but I mean come on… she was really just awful. Please dont ever go here. My shirts look decent but not great. I wanted to support my nearest local dry cleaner but certainly I will take my biweekly business elsewhere.
