This is an establishment that I would give no stars. The quality of food here is horrible and over priced. During the lunch hour, it gets crowded and they get confused and start mixing your orders. I have seen during the lunch, frenzy them drop knives that they cut the sandwiches with clean them off with a towel and use it again. They should be getting a new one for sanitary purposes. In addition, I have seen one of the staff cut her finger and then try to proceed to cut the sandwich. In which the customer stopped them and told them they wanted a whole new sandwich. Which the staff seemed upset to do since it was lunch time, but that is not an excuse. If you really have no other option I would really not suggest ordering food here. Try ordering food somewhere else and have it delivered to you if you are in the building. It really is not worth it ordering bland overpriced food from here that can potentially get you sick.

The quality of food of food to me tastes very bland and not much taste. I’ve tried their burgers and fries and they’re way too greasy without much flavor. The prices are outrageous. You have to spend $ 8 – 10 for a meal that you could get elsewhere for $ 7. Only eat here if it’s a last resort. Taste and price are not on your side here.

They are getting worse by the day, they are over priced, too busy, confused, and not as sanitary as they should be. I have to say when in an office building and you don’t want to travel, they are your only choice. The food is mediocre, and they have they nerve to over price everythibg. They will charge you .50 to 1.00 more for condiments. The lady at the cash register is not always the friendliest, the staff tries to be efficient, but because if the in and out orders are messed up daily. I actually started bringing my lunch and breakfast to avoid the café, but on the days I don’t, I already know not to expect much.

If I could give NO stars I would. They violated a major food service principle CROSSCONTAMINATION! I watched a server pickup a RAW chicken breast and then proceed to make a salad with the same gloved hands. After that she cut someone’s sandwich; then proceeded preparing food for next week. As I watched that and thought of the café flow when it’s busy, I realized that’s how they ALL operate. I’ve never seen anyone change gloves. Ugh! Eat at your own risk

It’s as good you would expect a standard-issue griddle at the lobby of an office tower to be … I asked for the NYC-standard breakfast, «Bacon egg and cheese on a roll», and they said«bacon egg and cheese on a what?» Roll? «No, taco.» OK, taco.
