Very poor selection and no inventory if you need a different size

Not realizing that the store closing time was 6pm on the day after we changed our time, I feel like I was rushed out. Indian woman that works there with no name tag comes up to me and says I must pay for my shoes now and if I wanted a second pair to buy whatever size and if it’s not the right size then I can return it. Now why would I want to just buy a size that doesn’t fit just because the store is closing? I’ve worked in customer service before and this is not how you treat your customers. Watch the clock at 6pm or you’ll get run out.

Whether you are looking for casual shoes, or for stepping out on the weekend they have a pair for you! They always have a great selection and I love coming here in the fall to browse and see what boots they have in stock. Prices are decent and they are always marking things down! It’s definitely a place you want to check out if you’re browsing around the Irving area.
