Meet the Business Owner

Raymond H.

Business Owner

Ray is a trial attorney and a founding partner of the firm Schachter Harris LLP. He has successfully tried and resolved cases in state and federal courts against many of the most respected trial lawyers, including in California, New York, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Texas. In addition to winning some very difficult trials, Ray is perhaps best known for having demonstrated the unreliability of scientific evidence previously accepted in courts throughout the country.

To meet the challenges of presenting complex and scientific evidence to jurors with limited time, Ray has conducted extensive research in jurisdictions across the country to determine how best to present such evidence and deconstruct opposing evidence. Ray speaks frequently at public and private conferences on trial tactics, challenging the reliability of expert testimony, and jury research.
