RE MAX DFW Associates

We bought our house in spring of 2011, but we keep getting awesome perks which is how I was reminded to write this review.
We started house hunting the winter of 2010 and I interviewed a couple of real estate agents before deciding on Gerald Dostal — an agent who only deals with people who are purchasing houses. When I was interviewing him he was not only extremely well informed, easy to talk to, and very open to giving me advice and information way before I was even close to saying we would do business with him, he did something no other agent did — he offered to show me a couple of houses to make sure we worked well together and to give him a clearer picture of what we were looking for.
So before signing a contract to work with him, I was able to go see three houses with him. This was awesome — I got to really see him in action and he got a good understanding of exactly what we wanted.
When we found the house of our dreams, he was there for us every step of the way. Neither my husband or I have family who could help us out or give us guidance, so Gerald almost had to take on a paternal role in walking us through this. He was completely patient, kind, and it felt like he was really our advocate in the whole process.
Best of all, he was funny, relatable, and right after we signed the papers, he presented us with a bottle of wine with a picture of our new house on it. Awesome! He continues to follow up after you’ve purchased your house and we are still getting awesome coupons from him well over a year after doing business with him. So yeah, I really can’t recommend him enough!

My husband and I decided it was time to buy a house. We called Remax and asked to speak to an agent. We got really lucky. We were put on the phone with Larry Murphy. He is a great agent. I know we probably drove him crazy. We started looking in Plano and then moved to the Frisco area. He took us to see about 30 houses before we found the one. Larry is really great to work with. He is a former home builder, and was able to answer all kinds of questions.
If you are in the market to buy or sell, call Remax and ask for Larry. You will not be disappointed!
