Robert S Eisenberg MD PA has an amazing selection of frames for your needs. With the most up-to-date and cutting edge technology, we are an Irving, TX Optometrist dedicated to your ocular health.
I have been going to Dr Eisenberg for about 25 years. It started when I tried to go cheaper and see an Optometrist. The Optometrist damages my corneas by prescribing the wrong contact lenses. I found Dr Eisenberg through a friend. He SAVEDMYEYES from having to get a cornea transplant at only 35 years old! Now my wife, 2 sons, daughter and Monther-in-law all see Dr E every year.

I would not recommend this doctors office to anyone. The doctor is rude, mean, and disgruntled and his staff is worse! I tried to get my prescription faxed to the company I was buying glasses through and it took his office 6 days and 11 phone calls to fax a simple piece of paper. I attempted to buy contacts through this doctor and it took 4 months for them to get in because supposedly the company making the contacts kept getting them wrong. So unprofessional, so unpleasant. DONOTGOHERE!

Unfortunately I’m having to write a review even though I have never visited this practice. Here’s what happened: I didn’t have an eye doctor since I moved to Dallas and for insurance reasons needed to get one by the end of 2012. So I went to my insurance website and found a doctor and scheduled an appointment for the afternoon of Dec. 21. Fantastic, right? Until today when someone from his office called to say that he ended up needing to go to «a meeting» and had to reschedule my appointment .(As the daughter of a dentist I know that this usually means the doc wanted to take off early for the holidays). I had 2 options: reschedule for Dec 19 when I already had business meetings booked or wait until January. I told her neither of those were options for me and unfortunately I would need to locate another doctor and start seeing them instead. I mentioned that this puts me in a considerable bind, because I now only have 1 week’s notice to book a new appointment. Rather than apologize for the inconvenience or try to work with me to keep my business, her response was a very chipper«Ok! Thanks!» Shocked by this response, I asked to speak to a manager. She said just a minute, put me on hold, then came back and informed me that I couldn’t speak to the manager and my options were Dec 19 or the new year. My experience is that people are on their best behavior when trying to attract new business. If this is how I’m treated before I walk through the door, I have no desire to ever be a patient of this practice.
