We have used this company before and they were pretty good. However, we have been trying to use them since my mother got out of the rehab. It took them over two weeks to return our calls and then it was hit and miss. Even the doctors office tried to call them and motivate them to move quicker. We finally spoke to the clinical director and she told us she had no control over the therapist that they were all independent. I thought that was someone of a ridiculous statement. If you are contracting with the therapist, you certainly should be able to control their actions. Right now it looks like we will probably be changing to another service and will not use them again.
