1st and foremost, as I mentioned in my tip the layout of the store is very inconvenient. When you walk in to start the«line» there is barely enough room to squeeze by if a customer is at the cash register. I seriously hate being so close to people I can smell what type of lotion they wear! 2nd of all the employees seem like they are in a rush to make your sandwhich and just throw everything on there whether you said light mayo or heavy mayo. I’ve tried this place a couple of times and each time the sandwhich has went way too heavy on the condiments and way too light on the meat.

Worst Subway EVER! Save yourself the frustration and go to the Subway up the street on Beltline and Walnut Hill, it’s only a 1 minute drive away going north. My first and last experience here consisted of walking in, not to a smell of freshly baked bread like all the other subways in the world, but to some stank mop smell. The one guy behind the counter was helping someone. After me and two others formed a line, a girl finally walked out to help her co-worker. My opinion based on her facial expressions were that she really didn’t want to be there and she didn’t give a damn what I wanted. I was next and having been standing there for about 2 minutes I had my order all ready in my head. Well she proceeded to put her gloves on but failed to acknowledge me or anyone for that matter. Once they were on she stood there and looked at me, I assumed she was ready to take my order so I spouted it out. The other guy finally got done and helped the next. While I was still with her, she went straight to the veggies and didn’t even ask if I wanted it toasted. So before the veggies went on I asked her to toast it. I stood there awkwardly I while she stared at me and let the food toast. Then again she didn’t say anything and I assumed she was ready to hear what veggies I wanted, so I spouted those out too. Well instead of letting me pay, she went to stare at the person who was next. She just left me standing there like a dummy again, not even saying give me a sec to help this next guy. I stood there and stood there while contemplating just leaving. I finally gave them the look like, «WTF, I want to pay!» She continued her sandwich art and the other guy took pity on my awkward look and checked me out. I don’t think I was being a diva, I just have very different expectations based on other experiences at a Subway. Never going there again! BTW the sandwich tasted fine, probably would have tasted better if the experience hadn’t sucked so bad. SERIOUSLY!!! How can people manage to screw up a Subway???
