This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been into in my life. I live nearby so sometimes I’m in the mood for it and then I’m reminded how miserable the place is. Nobody is ever up front waiting to serve you; when they come from the back, they’re so freaking unhappy. I will not be surprised if this Subway closes down. It’s truly embarrassing. Where’s an Undercover Boss when you need one?!

When I walked in I became nauseous from an unidentifiable smell. I’ve never experienced that at a Subway before. It was truly disgusting. Then the only person who worked there (sandwich artist) wouldn’t make eye contact or utter a single word; as if I was a major MAJOR inconvenience to him even though I was the only person in the store. (Now I know why.)

Went into store at approximately 8:00pm. No staff at front desk for over 2 minutes. Left without seeing an employee. Nonexistent customer service — was unable to complete a transaction.

Let me just say that I am one to be very forgiving when it comes to bad customer service.really. I understand people have bad days or may have just started and what not, but this Subway, similar to the others, was incredibly rude. It was completely obvious that they weren’t happy to serve you and that they didn’t want to be there. I understand hating your job, but part of customer service is not to show it.
The food was fine, same olé same olé.
But come on, at least smile.

I frequent this Subway because of the convenience and they serve veggie patties. The employees are rude and act like they don’t give a crap. I mean, I get it. they are more than likely getting paid minimum wage. The majority of us, myself included, worked for minimum wage at our first job. it’s a rite of passage, I guess. But you would think the management (I’ve never seen any in there) would train the employees better. OK, I will stop complaining now!

Very disappointed went to store at 4 pm all I have choice of bread is white bread, choice for meat is only vegetable patie I am very hungry and compromise for same but very disappointed
