Even though their grocery selection is limited and expensive, food is pretty good to give them a try. Apart from the normal menu, they have daily specials and the prices never cease to increase. Good selection of spicy Vegetarian items too and their breakfast servings have improved too.

The grocery store is decent, vegetables are not very fresh. For my spice craving tongue: liked their chicken65(better than kodi vepudu acc to me), bhindi masala and chicken dum biryani. Tomato dal and andhra chicken curry were OK. Definitely go after 8pm for fresh items.

Tried their snacks… they’re limited, but delicious. I love their chai, mirchi bhajji, and samosas. The samosa stuffing is really delicious, and they don’t skimp on the stuffing at all. Their tangri kebab is also pretty good – spicy and yummy! Their spicy wings and chicken 65 can be hit or miss. The day I got these two dishes, the wings were undercooked and the chicken 65 was just ok… I could taste more of the batter than the chicken.

Whomever is cooking in the kitchen, I wanted to give them a big hug like their food gave to me. This is the type food that is the reason I started loving Indian food. 10 years ago I had never heard of this, now I am a connoisseur. Oh, if you are expecting something like you will find at a chain, or other fast food, where someone is opening up plastic bags and heating it up in the back to charge you 500% of what they paid for it… you WON’T find that here. This is authentic, homemade yumminess! I am not sure what wonderfully spiced dish I had, nor am I sure that I could order it again, but to say that it was good, or delicious seems so inadequate. It was definitely chicken, of that I can be sure. The entire chicken was used, so a few bones, but nothing I couldn’t suck on and the meat just slid right off. The gravy was a fragrant, yellowish/brown color and it had many braised curry leaves, pungent cardamom pods and fiery little green peppers. I think those hot little green peppers were what made me sweat, but after a few bites of this rich curry, I was devouring it and accidentally ate two peppers at the same time. My fault. The spice and heat were really a PERFECT level. Made me sweat, but did not blow my head off. I can’t wait to go back. If it is still as delicious, I will probably bump this rating up to 5 stars. I had a quick opportunity to meet the new owner, Dharma. Forgive me if I misspell. What a sweetheart! Alas, I am married. I will be coming back for the food, though. Hopefully, someone will tell me what to order.

Guess what… Their cook has changed and this place has lost all of its charm… Atleast for me. Stay away.

I like this place because it is low traffic, I never had to stand in line plus they have everything I need. And I can buy meat here too.
