They do a really good job here. Always quick and fresh. And there is a Pizza Hut too!

Love this place! The Hispanic male who took my order which I believe is the manager or crew leader was so nice, and sweet! Even though our order was wrong, the manager was more than happy to replace the food, and the food came out quick!

This Taco Bell location has outstanding customer service, we were indecisive on what to order but they were patient and very helpful. Manager is outstanding, she truly gives her best at everything she does, and even more. This is the best Taco Bell location I’ve been to.

This place is hit or miss, the service is always good. Order accuracy on the other hand has been an issue. Half the time we are missing an item. Which is ok… But I never realize till I get home and it is too late really for me to go back. We live relatively close to this establishment so it is good for a quick dinner when I don’t feel up to cooking.

Went through the drive through on October 18th food was perfect, but most importantly Tanisha, the wonderful girl at the window was AMAZING!!! She was sweet and considerate, very polite and patient and made sure that our order was right and we were happy. Even though we aren’t from Irving I will definitely go back again next time I’m in town for a convention!

Only gave it 1 star because I had to put something. I normally don’t write bad reviews, but it was that bad. Every table was filthy and had trash on it. The manager and the cashier sat there talking while a line stood there waiting for their order to be taken. Took forever to get our food, and once we did, we took our cue from another guest in the restaurant and finally just asked for a bag to take our food to go. The fountain drinks were out and before we could leave, a group of people with pizza and chicken from other restaurants walked in and sat down to eat. Nobody in the group was eating Taco Bell. Maybe they knew something we didn’t know. We will never be back to this location… ever.

ummm what dummy’s. I asked for a lot of hot and fire sauce which I always ask for at the Coppell location, well the lady couldn’t multi task cuz she was taking an order from some other customer so she asked some other chic to take over. Told her I needed some hot and fire with my food! Why did I get home with not even have ONE packet??? You had one job!

Texas Taco Bell seems subpar. Overly greasy and made me sickly. Never had taco Bruno until I got here and they are not even close. Taco Bell loses. It used to be my jam, but it’s just not like it was back home.

What can I say, it is taco bell. I usually go in the evening or at night dependning on my schedule. Staff is friendly, and they dont give you the wrong thing often, I would say twice in a little over a year.

It’s 1:20 and the drive thru is still out to the street. I do not come here very much. But today I needed something junky. It’s what I was in the mood for. So I waited till after 1pm to head over here hoping to miss the lunch rush. No luck. The drive-thru was 6 cars deep when I pulled up and then 5 more pulled in after me. I guess I need to stick to my 11AM lunch time. Salad was good and I can’t complain about this location. I never go inside. :)

Taco Bell is literally my favorite fast food place of all time. It’s my go-to restaurant. But this particular location is the bastard child of all their franchises. I literally live literally down the road from this location and it’s the strangest thing, the drive thru service is fine but the second you come inside to eat, it’s a noticeably bad experience. Their staff is so incompetent. Cashiers are clueless. Mess up orders constantly(saw them screw up like 3 orders in a row one night). Also expect to wait 25 minutes(not joking) for a cheese quesadilla and two chicken burritos, yeah… seriously. This is a constant problem. Other people will come and go after you with similar or larger orders and you’ll just sit there like«Really?» Also the food seems undercooked and not well prepared after all that waiting you’ll do. Or… maybe it’s their terrible service that sucks the life out of your taste buds. Oh and side rant: Why the hell is there a Pizza Hut in here and LITERALLY another Pizza Hut across the street about 100 – 200 feet away? Get rid of one of them and let another business open there. #Genius

I’m not writing a 4-star review for this Taco Bell because it’s close to me(although it is a fact), this is one of the more decent locations in Irving. The food they serve is prepared and cooked right to order.

I am a die-hard Taco Bell fan from way back… way way back. Coming to TX with its any authentic Mexican & Tex Mex restaurants didn’t stop or derail my love for this franchise… this particular one is joined with a KFC!!! Its fast, accurate & delightful… did I mention right around the corner from my home?!

This was a all time favorite when we were living in Irving. It was the only choice after late movies on weekends. and somehow the place grew on us. The chalupas were always toasted and fresh. The burrittos — soft and meaty Quesadillas were a hit with the kids — we always order extra and it was never wasted and got consumed. — Location was excellent. bang in the middle of the eating market in Irving /MacArthur. I am more than convinced that even though its a chain, the food and service for all Taco Bells are not consistent… this one on MacArthur is by far the best. Hope they can maintain the standard and reputation. Cheers

I love the Crunch Wrap Supreme. Take a fried tostada, cover it in low-grade Beef Product, then wrap it in lard-infused tortilla and make it taste good, I’ll line up for two of them. It’s like a kid with ADD made it: «Oooh, then let’s put this in there and this in there and. .. look, a bird! And then we can wrap it in a tortilla. I like turtles.»
