The 5-​star-​rating on this post is strictly for Courtney, a new cashier at the store (on register 8 on Dec. 15.). Despite a long line with baskets filled to the brim, he was diligent and smiled the whole time. With customer service personnel like Courtney, my family will be back!

Just left Target on MacArthur/​irving. They had a mobile coupon offer at their store that if I texted «83 7438(target)» I would receive a coupon where I would get $ 50 off if I purchased $ 100″ in items from the holiday shop. I asked three employees before I got to the register whether items like greeting cards counted as they were in the holiday shop. One employee said there are several items throughout the store that would be eligible and since cards were definitely in the shop those count. Another employee scanned the greeting cards and said No but to confirm with register. I asked about two pointsettias and a second employee said yes they counted. Before I got to the register I asked again about cards and a third employee taking care of self checkout said yes.
I checked out and the system said I didn’t not reach $ 100 and I know for a fact over $ 100 of the $ 150 total was holiday items that did not include snacks, electronics and candy. Those were the only items in the coupon that were excluded.
The lead on duty came to the register and said plants were not included and ONLY items in the Holiday Shop area were eligible for the coupon. Holiday items around the store did not qualify. This was contrary to her three other employees message. She would only refer to the paper advertisement (who still gets paper ads!!) and she refused to read her own company’s Mobile coupon exclusions. Her inability to take ownership over the vague coupon and the inconsistent messages from her staff was so unprofessional. I called Allen (Store Manager) 5 minutes later and He said he would talk to his lead. I am not sure that will happen but all I can say to Target/​irving store is… bah humbug. you’ve lost a long standing customer who always considered you a notch above Walmart. Thanks for proving me wrong.

Definitely my go to location because of the size and variety in products in the Irving area. Parking is always hard to find, but store is cleaner than it’s counterpart a few miles away.

This is not my ‘go to’ Target but I do like stopping in from time to time to grab a few knick knacks/​odds and ends. They often will mark down lots of clothing items at this particular store so I also like coming here for sales. It’s crowded pretty much ²⁴⁄₇ and parking is always a pain. But for the sake of convenience I don’t mind coming here every once in a while. There are, however, better Target locations. The cashiers have always been friendly.

They’ve done some remodeling and reorganizing here, but the fact remains the same that their groceries section is depressing. Don’t come here for groceries! There’s a Kroger 1 minute away in the same parking lot that has better quality food. Other than that, I am in love with target and everything you can find there. I especially love their cheap home décor items, especially if they’re on sale. If you could here, you could spend hours just looking at home décor. And don’t even get me started on clothes– target has the cutest clothes EVER. I wish I could go to Target every day, but I would spend so much money it would be unhealthy.

Rude employee’s lead by rude management. There are a few gems, here and there, but mostly rude.

This location is very clean. I enjoy coming here bc of the cleanliness. However, sometimes I feel there is no one working. Never can find a worker when I need assistance. I wonder where they are? Besides at the checkout.

The staff are generally friendly and interactive, store is clean as well, sometimes they are out of stock of the items that I need, but I can just drive over to Euless, which is typically as nice. However, the store needs more lines! That part really stresses me out.

Convenient location and great customer service. I was displeased with their shower curtain selection. Very minimal

This place is awesome great selection. The dressing room attendant was very nice.
The cashier David was awesome he checked on prices for me and didn’t rush me like most places. There was help around very corner. Only reason they got 4 star is because they didn’t have a few outfits that I really want for my daughter

This is a typical a Target store. nothing too special or odd about this location.
The lines for checkout were kind of long and since I have worked at Target before I know they shouldn’t be that long. ever.
Other than that this location is always pretty quite and you typically can get in and out pretty quick.

I love Target just as much as the next person, however, time and time again when I go to this location in particular, I’m followed as if I’m going to steal something. I understand that their job requires them to keep an eye on suspiciousness and whatever else, but really? I’m trying to shop in peace. Not to mention, I’ll be followed for almost an HOUR. It’s amazing how I go from the clothing section all the way to electronics and the same lady is «rearranging» things around me. The first 15 minutes was understandable, but for the love of god just back off. 8 times out of 10 I’d say I’m followed. Not the mention the prices aren’t that cheap so I’d rather go elsewhere where I can actually SHOP.
OVERALL: I’ll be back ONLY IF I NEED TO. If I don’t, I’m heading somewhere else. Sorry, Target.

Target is always a nice and clean place to visit, with employees from all walks of life, very professional and, helpful.
This one is no different. I usually don’t do grocery shopping here but, while browsing, it is not uncommon to find some good deals on sale.
The men’s section while not too big, keeps a decent selection of contemporary clothing. However, the selection is getting inferior every year.
The mossimo brand of jeans is inexpensive and really fits well. They have a good selection of Men’s personal hygiene products and I appreciate that they keep Every Man’s Jack brand. Even their in-​store brand, Market Pantry is of better quality than most of the other store’s brand
I’ve bought PSP, clothes and anything between here at this Target; you never know what good deals you can find here.
It is open late, has a little café with a welcoming popcorn aroma as you enter and a good customer service.

I have always like Target and this one doesn’t change my opinion about that. They have got everything you need for a decent price (yes, an ooch more expensive than Walmart, but it is Walmart). I can get in and out easily with plenty of registers open and a massive parking lot. It is also located on a nice strip with other stores and restaurants nearby.

Always a great experience at this Target. Always clean and organized. The stores layout is spacious and easy to locate. And there is always an associate close by to point you in the right direction if you get turned around. Love this place!!!
I can always get in and out with no fuss.

Dear Target.
You can do no wrong. High Fives to the cashier who always asks… «Did you find everything for which you were searching»… Yes I did.
High Five to the other cashier that always comments on how awesome the stuff you are buying is, even gives good suggestions…“oh, you have a dog, you will love this movie”.
And one last High Five… to the cashier that I gave my hotel lotion to. Her hands were dry and she thought that stuff was the fanciest stuff on earth — (Honorable mention to Embassy Suites).
I Love me some Target. Its nearby and always has the things for which I am searching. Hell… I’m headed there now!

There are 2 Targets that I love in the Metroplex. This one and the one in Arlington.
This Target is always clean, organized, and employees make sure they run it efficiently. The employees here are friendly, professional, and helpful. I always find everything that I need, plus more than what I’m looking for. Clearance sections are the best places to find a bargain and you can also find what you are looking for there for the most part.

I just moved to Plano and miss this Target so much!!!

–If there is even one customer waiting in line, an employee rushes to open another lane.
–The manager is SOOO nice & helpful!
–The grocery section has pretty much everything you could want.
You don’t realize how great it is until you go to another crappy Target! It’s the best!

Target rocks!!! Got that out of my system now time to review. I like to go to every clearance section in the store and make my choices and this one definitely had an abundance of clearance items. I never know what I need until it’s right in front of me and only costs $ 3. This target is clean and everyone was in such a good mood, every staff member I walked by said hello or offered help, it was pretty early in the day so hard for anyone to be in a bad mood, but it was great. I’m actually having the opposite of buyers remorse because there was a great deal and I let it slip right between my fingers. There’s always next time though.

I used to love Target … Not so much since my cards and information were compromised, but I’ve still been a loyal consumer. However, this location is hands down the worst I have ever experienced. My most recent, and last experience here consisted of lazy customer service, poorly stocked shelves, and a cashier who confirmed my decision to never give this location my business again.
Let me share a story. The main issue consisted of me quickly finding some 18″ doll accessories on a lunch break and then going through a nightmare.
1^st issue: Multiple items were priced incorrectly
2^nd issue: Cashier didn’t listen or care that the items were priced wrong and suggested I either pay the scanned price ($ 5+ per item) or go clear to the back of the store again and find something else.
3^rd issue: I elected to find something else because these were to be gifts for my daughter’s birthday and she wanted specific things. I picked up several extra items just in case a few were priced wrong and went back to the same cashier. Everything again rang up wrong. I couldn’t believe it.
4^th issue: Given the same ultimatum
5^th issue: I asked for mgmt and was directed to find one at photo center… But nope, she was at the café. I explained issue to which she only credited like $ 2.00.
6^th issue: My time was wasted, and every single encounter was a disaster and a poor excuse of any type of service.
I was appalled and will literally never give a dime to this Target again.
