Do not waste your time and money. Worst experience ever. There is nothing aruvedic about this center.

I purchased a membership for 6 sessions and now they won’t confirm either by phone or email about the number of sessions that are left over. Very disappointed with their customer service but the employee Gloria is great.

As some people mentioned, they did not pick up the phone when you call (seems to be one person operation) and the mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. After sending a complaint to Groupon and asked for a refund, they asked me to call again and at this time, they did pick up the phone and I was able to schedule my appointment.
The massage itself was great, but warning, once you’re done, your body is full of oil and there is no shower facility that you can’t use so I ended up making a mess to my nice leather seat in the car!

It’s true, they do not pick up their phones. Once my appointment was scheduled, they changed the time the day before and again once I arrived to the rescheduled appointment. There was only one person there and she left my session at least 3 times to tend to other matters. And the massage was not even that good. I would not come here even with a groupon.

I went with a friend this morning. This was an extremely nice experience. Not only was it relaxing, but very informative. Not once did they try to upsale me or sell me products I didn’t want. It was WONDERFUL! Gloria worked on me for a total of 3 hours and 20 minutes. Everything was extremely clean. I will be back for more!

Really disappointed with this place. I bought a groupon with my friend, and we were really excited for this experience. But the customer service is horrible, and that doesn’t even do justice. Just because you sound nice to someone doesn’t actually mean you belong in the service industry. We tried scheduling and after having trouble reaching them, I finally got a hold of them and she told me she would call me back. She never called me back and we tried again the next weekend, considering they close by the time I’m out of work. She did end up scheduling us a whole month later, which we were still ok with. She called us a week before our actual appointment to tell us that the person we are booked with has a «family engagement» and isn’t going to be able to make it. No matter how nicely and how patiently we tried to explain that we can’t make it during the weekdays, she kept trying to convince me to pick a weekday. When she finally accepted that I can’t schedule on any other day but a Saturday, she said she would try to have someone fill in for our appointment and let us know by Thursday. When we didn’t receive a call, we called ourselves and she said she still doesn’t know yet. She called us at 7a on Saturday morning (the day of the appointment) to tell us no one could fill in so our appointment is cancelled. We drove here to nicely request our money back but she asked us to deal with groupon. That’s fine too — I get that you don’t make all the money I pay to groupon. However, I’m sure you understand by now what getting $ 219 stuck at a place like this can mean. I would HIGHLY suggest against this place at all costs. This person seems to think that expecting and asking customers to abide by her and her employees’ schedules at any cost, having poorly timed and awful excuses (she said she tried calling me on Friday, the day before my appointment, to let me know but she had the wrong number — we had spoken 5 times by then. How is that even ok? Please don’t make ridiculous excuses just because you can’t do your job properly), and absolutely no consideration about the other side of the issue is actually completely ok as long as she says everything nicely. Groupon can’t even refund into real cash (getting refunded into groupon bucks because that’s still better than having to put up with this foolishness), so thanks to this business, we got nothing out of this except for our money getting stuck.

They don’t pick up their phone or reply to an online booking request for an appointment. Moreover their mailbox is full. How does one contact them?

DO NOT GO HERE! I bought a three hour spa package for me and my mom. The description said «the Total Body Indulgence package includes a soothing foot massage, a Shirodhara warm oil forehead treatment to alleviate deep stress, a customized warm oil full-​body massage with a detoxifying body wrap, and an herbal steam bath.» We arrived and the room in which I received my service was very small and there was no where to put my clothes except a coat tree hanger. The weather outside was very cold and I don’t think they had turned on the heat as the room was freezing and the bed was freezing.
I started out with my «warm» body massage but my massage therapist’s hands were so cold I almost couldn’t stand it! She assured me they would warm up and proceeded to give me a lousey massage.
She then said she was going to do the wrap but it was more like a mud mask. It was warm going on and then got cold quickly and then she said she would be back in 15 minutes in which time I was freezing! She then came back to wipe it off with warm towels which left the sheets wet, cold and they still had the «mud» on them.
Next she asks me if I mind a little oil in my hair. I’m thinking a head massge and told her that would be fine. She then proceeded to pour what felt like a gallon of oil on my head. So it finally ended and I’m thinking thank goodness, now I can have a steam bath because I’m covered in oil and just want to get it off me.
She then comes in the room with this «tent» thing and tells me that this is the steam treatment and to let her know if it gets too hot. I have been freezing for the past two hours so I’m excited that I’m actually going to get warm. She then tells me to move back on the table and put my head on the face down head rest which I told her wasn’t very comfortable and wasn’t meant to rest your head on. She didn’t seem to care and told me she would be back to check on me in a little while. She came back and the only good thing was that I was finally warm. She then ripped the tent off and it was freezing again and she told me she would be back with a towel and then I could get dressed. She comes back in the room with a hand towel… I’m covered in oil and my hair is dripping with oil so I’m appalled there is no place to shower! So I do my best to wipe as much oil as possible with a HAND TOWEL and get dressed.
We left the «Spa» with hair dripping in oil and it was 30 degrees outside so I was was far from relaxed and stunned by what just happened! My Mom and I did our best not to get oil on the head rests in the car and proceeded to go home.
I showered and washed my hair three times and can still smell the oil. It smells like peanut oil that you cook with. I have been to several spas and this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I would not do that again even if it was FREE!

Let me start off stating, I love this place they made me feel so comfortable. I am allergic to cinnamon one of the employees or owner not for sure made a special fresh pot of oil just for me just in case the oil had any cinnamon related ingredients 4 I won’t break out and I thought that was taking the initiative very satisfied.
The massage was very relaxing if you come here I do recommend the steam… if you like dry saunas or wet saunas. The steam is most definitely for you.
they are very professional and they know what they’re doing. I would recommend this place to anybody that wants a nice relaxing stress free zone.

After buying a Groupon Voucher while in town for a conference, i was let down not once but twice with canceled booking from them that i ended up leaving town without the massage… messed me around and ruined my plans that I had put off to do this… Sad, i was really looking forward to getting this service ;-(

Ok let me start by saying I don’t normally take the time out to do reviews but I felt this was important. I used a group on for this «spa» package and was super excited to have a day of pampering and to try the Ayurvedic style massage. Based off the description it sounded really awesome. I knew there would be no reviews because it was a fairly new company but boy do I regret buying it.
The three hour total package was suppose to have come with a foot massage, a facial, and detoxifying wrap, and a steam bath.
The day I bought it was the day I should have cancelled it to begin with. I tried calling the location on a Friday from about 12pm till about 6pm and finally got ahold of someone. Strike one!
The «facial» consisted of warm oil being dripped on my forehead and down into your hair. And when I asked about it she goes oh no its not a facial its a massage. I’m like well that’s not what the gorupon said or what was described on your website. She then proceeded to rub my temples and my scalp and was really heavy handed and used her nails to scratch my scalp. I had to ask her a few time to lighten her touch and to please not scratch my head like that. I was left for 4 days with extremely oily skin and hair. I mean it was really gross. I have combo skin as it is and I was excreting oil out of my skin for days after. Strike two!
The detox wrap were these dry herbs in sort of a paste that she rubbed all over you which would have been cool accept she did not wipe them off all the way and after the «steam bath» I was still left with black flakes and herbs all over me. There is no shower or anything there to rinse off and I had to go home before doing anything else to rise off. She like oh normally people leave them on and walk about to continue to get the detoxifying properties. I’m sorry I’m not walking around or going out with black and brown flakes all over by body. And my skin was so stiff from certain areas that were caked with the paste. Strike three!
Maybe I was wrong to assume but when I think of steam bath, I was thinking of a nice steam room or a whirlpool like apparatus… um no she brings in this huge tent like thing and literally blows steam up towards my rear end. I have two herniated disc in my back and kept having to move around because I was getting super hot. Finally I cracked open the top to let the steam out a bit. Strike four!
Last but not least the massage it self was mediocre at best. She could not maintain good pressure and left important stress knots that could have been easily addressed if she had payed more attention.
I don’t think I would ever use the services again no matter how discounted it maybe not worth the $ 139 spent and wasted 3 hours. So disappointed.
