Up In Smoke

I came here since one of my cigar smoking Marine Corps Brothers was staying around this area due to a project that he was currently working on. The selection of cigars is plentiful… and the pricing is not bad either. The only issue I have with this cigar place is poor circulation of air… I mean, it was smoky. Man, it was so bad that when I went in, and out for a minute… my clothing had a stench of cigar smoke. In my opinion, it would ruin any person’s experience of a good smoke.
Note: I’ve been to cigars shops that have great circulation of air and the smell of cigar smoke is somewhat minimal on your clothing.
If you’re looking for a good cigar… come to this shop since they have good pricing. But, I wouldn’t recommend smoking your cigars here.

Selection is decent. The customer service is the worst I’ve encountered in a very long time. There was no one there working the front. The gentleman working that day was eating and socializing in the back. When it came time to ring out, I stood there 5 mins waiting for someone to come. The man swiped my card gave it back and walked right off. Never said thank you, never gave a receipt, never even looked me in the eye like a man should. I WILL not be going back here for any reason. Cigar World, down the street is a much better option where Ali, appreciates your business and shows it.

Excellent selection in the humidor, but this was the wrong place to come hoping for a suggestion on something new to try.
The person working never even acknowledged my entrance, never left the basketball game to come and see if I needed help in the humidor and was cold during my checkout.
I walked out with something I normally smoke, and something I bought on a whim. Had I felt welcome, I probably would have stayed for a smoke, and likely would have spent much more.
I’ll try a different tobacconist during my next visit to the area.

Omg this place is amazing. They had lots to choose from with cigars. I went there to buy my husband a Valentine gift. I left excited and happy. The gentlemen was patient and very helpful. It looks like a great place to hang out a smoke with out being bothered, when I walked in they had their regulars who seem like they went every Sat morning. I was told that every SaT they have a special cigar of the day. And it’s ½ off. So guess I will be there every Sat. Come check this place out !!

Of course the week that I am visiting Dallas is very cold, so I was happy to find a nice cigar shop rather than freeze outside. I came in from NJ, and they were very welcoming and had a lot of knowledge of their products. I bought a nice cigar, and was welcomed to smoke it there. He even gave me a cigar and thanked me for visiting!

One of the finest cigar lounges, patios with open grill, members only… andI haven’t even mentioned cigars yet. Outstanding selection and Dave is one of best aficionados in the Dallas area. He’s full if surprises and is one of those who we like to refer to as, «in-​the-​know.»

I have recently stopped going to up in smoke due to not having a cigar that I want. If you want to keep a customer you need to cater to your customers. The last time I went there was only two people in the store. Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.

Excellent customer service when I needed help setting up a humidor I received from my wife for Valentines day. They took time to explain to me how to setup my humidor and tips to keep it up all with a great attitude even though I was an extreme novice.

This place was very close to my hotel so I read the reviews and this place was great. I went in and was helped right away and found a great cigar. I will be in Lewisville frequently for work and I will for sure be coming back.

I know nothing about cigars except my boyfriend likes them… lol. I had a whole Father’s Day weekend planned for him and wanted to get him something nice. He prefers mild cigars with no harsh after taste. I went into Up in Smoke on Friday during lunch. The manager (who I can’t recall her name right now), was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up picking out three cigars… one was the Perdomo Reserve 10^th anniversary (one of the owner’s favorites). She wrapped up everything so nicely for me and when I got home, I gave them to my boyfriend… he got gifts all weekend. He loved the smell of each one and has only smoked the Perdomo cigar so far. He can’t stop raving about how great of a cigar it is and was extremely pleased with his gift. I couldn’t have done it without the help of Up In Smoke. Not only do they have quality products but the level of service and attention is out of this world. I truly appreciate you taking care of me. I will continue to spread the word and will be back very soon! Thank you again!

Great staff with good collection of Cigars. this is close to where i live.
VIP lounge is awsome…

We love Up In Smoke! Great staff, friendly and welcoming patrons in the members’ lounge and a gorgeous well-​stocked humidor. What more can you ask for?

One of the first things I looked up before moving here was cigar stores.
This one is close to where I live and it’s just great. Good selection, prices about what you’d expect, and a nice members-​only lounge inside. The guy working behind the counter hooked me up — I was buying cigars for myself but I was also putting together a care package for a solider in the military. I don’t think you’re supposed to send smokes but if I was in Afghanistan I’d want some cigars! The guy working here gave me some «Water pillows» or something — little thin packets with sponge-​y things in them to help keep the cigars moist in transit. Selection was good — found some stuff I like. Good store and I’m glad to have it nearby.

Up In Smoke is one of the premier Cigar Shops in Dallas. They’ve been in business for SEVERAL years and have multiple locations throughout the DFW Metroplex. However, they have recently sold the business to *NEW* a new owner, so the staff is a little ‘on edge’. But, with that said, you’re not going to find a better selection of cigars than what you’ll find at Up In Smoke. GREAT VIP Lounge at this location as well.

This franchise is different from the other Up in Smokes. They were never as friendly or helpful to me as Uptown or Highland Village. Because of this location I’m unable to patronize any other Up In Smoke locations. That’s unfortunate.
