Which Wich

this franchise is one of the better ones thanks to the staff. they never disappoint and are very accommodating with the minor change I like to make in my grinder sub. (swap capicola for the pepperoni) many franchises won’t do this for me anymore. I don’t know why which wich doesn’t make the grinder with cappy to begin with.

I love coming to this place for the great sandwiches of course but the customer service is fantastic. Cleanliness is given importance and it shows. They make the sandwich with perfection.

It’s so funny that you say we aren’t customers. Would you like to see how many which wich cups I have collected from myself and my employees? They buy from you almost every other day. We are neighbors yes, that’s why you could’ve spoke a little more politely. I see a couple reviews from customers who say the person checking them out was «rude» and I’m sure it’s the same guy, your manager. (: The land lord only has problems with you. The other 2 shops next to me also have told me that you give them a hard time. If the landlord has a problem with you he calls you. If he has a problem with us, he would contact us which he hasn’t. Also hasn’t contacted any of the stores around us so he seems to only have a problem with you.

The food is typical of any wich wich as you are deciding what goes I’m the sandwich. But the problem is the people who work there. Never smiling, always in a hurry and seem like they are doing you a favor by serving you.
I agree this is a fast food place and one should lower their expectations when it comes to service. But I have been to Mc D’s that have more courteous people working at the restaurant. I just hope wich wich cracks down on the inconsiderate staff and replace them ASAP.

I love the concept, great layout, friendly, clean and entry of options.
I’ll come back!

I have been here many, MANY times and I love it each time. The food is great, the customer service is awesome, my only issue is sometimes they don’t shout your name loudly enough so it’s hard to hear, especially when it’s crowded. And sometimes they will just yell out what you ordered, so it gets confusing if someone else ordered something similar. Regardless, this place is awesome. Definitely returning!

Kudos to a fast food restaurant that offers veg options! Which Wich serves up a bean burger that is both tasty and has a nice texture, whereas some places make soggy patties.
The toppings are plentiful. All the veggies you can name, along with a large variety of dressings. You can choose one or all of them. Even a coleslaw topping!
The restaurant is teeny-​tiny. Once you place your order, you are packed into a hallway like sardines to wait for your name to be called noting your order is ready. And the parking during lunch time is horrendous! Tip: park in the shopping plaza behind the restaurant and walk.

Messed up my order. I dint ask for buffalo sauce, jalapenos, olives and peppers. I thought i would suckit up and eat it … But it was super spicy. My lips were on fire. I love whichwich. But i m not going to return to this place

I have always loved Which Wich so I was expecting similar results at this one. They are fresh, hot and delicious! Not only that but I just had their new Greek Gyro (pronounced euro) special sandwich and it was like I was back in Greece all over again! Really great and the conveniently quick! Will definitely be returning.

My first visit was not so good but today was great. Service was timely. My shake pineapple with banana was well blended! And my tunawich was on point.

My roommate ordered the crab salad. She got a pretty salad bowl, but it only had about three tablespoons of crab salad. I guess that would have been the same amount of crab salad that would have gone onto a crab salad sandwich. A note on the menu did state that they used imitation crab but it had a good flavor and there was plenty of lettuce. She wishes that there had been a few more bites of the crab salad in the bowl.

First time visit. Simple enough process, I ordered the Turkey. Should have got it toasted as I bet the bread would have tasted more done. A little more expensive than similar places, but a few more options on my sandwhich.
Worth future trips.

My new favorite sammich spot! Just moved back to he area and was curious about this spot. I work from home so I like to find quick and easy spots to grab a bite during the day. This one is perfect. It can be a bit confusing on your first visit. But staff was helpful in showing me what to do to build my sammich.
Tons of featured options to choose from. I also like that you add toppings for no extra charge. It’s like you can have a new sammich every day of he year here!
Only warning is during lunch time in Las Colinas. Parking is tough and lines can be long. If you’re craving a tasty sammich, give them a shot!

Delicious sandwiches, with so much freedom to customize. Plenty of healthy options, and nutritional info is made available!

I had never been to any Which Which before and I work right by the MacArthur store so I thought I would give it a try. The first time I stopped in it was great. The man at the register welcomed me immediately and was very friendly. The sandwich was very tasty and service was great.
I decided to go back about a week later. I downloaded the app and ordered before I left my work so I didn’t have to wait. I got a large size sandwich, hoping to have it for lunch and dinner. I added a bunch of extras like avocado and bacon, so needless to say, the sandwich wasn’t cheap. It was around $ 9, which was to be expected for all that I ordered. It was ready when I got there which was great! I took it back to work and opened it up and it had been prepared as a cold sandwich instead of a hot sandwich, which I had ordered. i gave it a try because I thought maybe it wouldn’t be that bad. But I had ordered the chicken cordon bleu with bacon and avocado, so it really wasn’t good cold. I called the store after trying it and the man who answered the phone (I’m assuming the manager) told me that it probably had just gotten cold on my way back to work. I assured him that that wasn’t the case since none of the cheese was melted and it looked like it clearly had not gone through the oven. He said he would email me a coupon for a free sub and took down my email address. I never received one. I understand that people make mistakes, so that’s why I was totally okay with a coupon. But the fact that I never ended up getting one really irked me. I like the concept of the place and the sandwiches seem to be good, so maybe I will just patronize a different location.

This shop has numerous selection. Quick and easy process. You don’t have to wait in line for slow people, if you know what you want you can fill out the bag and take it to the cashier.
The flavor was awesome, I can defer that’s all the veggies, sauces and spreads.
They also had the golden peak tea variety.
Te guest service was excellent.

Free birthday sandwich! What, What?!
This location is very, very crowded at lunch hour. There aren’t many tables so be prepared to take your food elsewhere.
