History

Established in 2013.

Early back in the 80’s I worked as a dishwasher for a great and upscale restaurant, the owner was a great man, and I am happy I had the privilege to work with him for many years, I leaned a lot and always worked really hard, keeping on mind my dream of one day owning my own restaurant and serve and delight my customers just like he did. For more than 3 decades already I have learned many skills at other great restaurants, working my way up to apprentice, head of cooks, assistant manager to manager for many many years, so in 1999 I finally opened my first restaurant in Las Colinas named Southern Recipe, I am grateful to all my customers that have enabled us to continue with our Family Owned Business and now as this March the 8^th 2013 I have realized my dream to start Wonderful World of Cooking Café as a Signature of our Highest Quality Home Cooking Cuisine for our customers to delight! I am grateful and honored to serve my customers while I get to make friends every day.

Business Owner

Born in 1964 have worked in the restaurant business all my life. I started as a dishwasher working in an upscale restaurant and working for a great man, he was my mentor. I always had a passion for cooking and business I worked my way up to apprentice in the kitchen, head of cooks, assistant manager, manager of many restaurants and finally owner of 2 restaurants so far. I am grateful I have this Family Owned Business and operate with the help of my two sons Vladimir and Ignacio.
