The best old school DQ you can find. They treat you like your best friend, have never gone away disappointed!

When I grew up in Union in the 1960’s we’d stop by this Dairy Queen every week and I enjoyed a soft vanilla ice cream cone dipped in a hard shell of chocolate during our trips to Howard Savings Bank Circle Pharmacy, and Good Deal Supermarket. I visited this location this month and while the clientele may have changed, the quality and friendly service that I remember hasn’t. This place is nostalgia at it’s best! If they ever threaten to close, I might buy it! GREAT Ice Cream… GREAT memories!

Hey it is a Dairy Queen. I like the soft serve ice cream because it’s comfort food for me. I remember we have one in my neighborhood as a child. Shakes were 35 cents. Yikes. This one has good service and parking. I visit it pretty often in the summer.
