I could not be more pleased with Hugh and his services. He helped me formulate a plan to sell my 4 Runner after exploring all the options and fees in selling it. After proving all the research on what the 4 runner was selling for in all markets I choose the auction. We ended up getting the best price on the market hassle free. He handled all the details. It was such a great experience. Hugh has a high level of integrity and a servant heart. It was a great experience for me. This was my first experience with Epic Auto.
The story continues. Hugh worked tirelessly to find me my dream pick up truck a F150 FX2 with only 15k in mileage. It looked and runs like it is brand new. He found it, checked the truck out, negotiated a really great price and all I had to do was walk in and pick it up. No hassles from the dealership. Actually it was a Holiday weekend the place was packed when i arrived and the Dealership had a person waiting for me and processed the whole transaction so quickly. It gets better. I was in need of a 14′ Box truck with a lift gate for my business. Hugh worked for 2 months to find me the right truck, with the right mileage, in awesome condition. We tested several and Hugh was so instrumental in not settling until we had the perfect truck. It is like new for thousands of dollars under what they sell for on the market. This is the way it should be to buy & sell cars! Hugh made the process simple and straight forward, educating me upfront on any fees involved and options I had.
