My organization had the worst experience with the owner, Tim. He hung up on one of our staff members who has been working with the company since November for the MLK Day Parade. The owner, in fact, cancelled 2 weeks before the parade. If such behavior comes from the top, I can’t imagine what the company’s customer service is like from its line staff. I would recommend that if you want someone reliable and with good etiquette, you definitely stay away from Fiesta Parade Floats.

If i could rate it with 0 stars I would. The management is disrespectful. We reached out months ago to put together a January float– and now they say they cannot do it. Just terrible customer service. I have a feeling that it’s because we are participating in a South Los Angeles based parade that they won’t work with us respectfully. #awful Take your money elsewhere

Worst experience with a vendor EVER. We were in contact with them 2 months prior to date of the parade only for them to flip the script and show their true colors less than two weeks from the event. I rarely do this, but I wonder if their behavior is connected to the fact that we were a company in South Los Angeles and designing a float for the Kingdom Day Parade. PLEASELOOKATOTHERVENDORS who have tact, would never hang up on someone because you mentioned a staff member was being unprofessional and who make better floats. Try Phoenix, AES, and Paradiso. Tim is a horrible person and so is his minion«Bev» who has been working there 3 decades and seems to no longer care about tact or customer service.

This place is pretty amazing! There were about 6 or so floats being created at this particular warehouse. Flowers everywhere! It so cool to see everything up close; you can see the crazy detail and all of the time that goes into it! There were 100+ volunteers busily working away; adding finishing touches to some and just starting on others. The floats are made piece by piece; it’s essentially like a giant puzzle. You should definitely check it out! The kids will love it… the adults too! The only downfall, which really has nothing to do with the floats, was that there is a taco cart outside along with drinks and snacks you can purchase and it’s super overpriced! An Arizona iced tea, which is .99 is $ 3! LOL, and a tiny bag of chips, the kids lunch size is, $ 1.50. New vendor next year please!

This was our first time visiting the«warehouse» where the annual Rose Parade floats are stored! It’s huge. We saw at least 5+ different floats in one of the large warehouses as part of our company-sponsored event, and it was fun to have this«sneak peek» opportunity. Can’t believe the size of those floats and all the work that goes into creating the masterpiece(s) for the 1st of January’s parade. :) Great work and great way to engage the community! Parking was plentiful.
