We specialize in serving gourmet shave ice in the Florida Keys. Come by and experience true shave ice — as fluffy and soft as it gets. Our syrups are made with organic cane sugar and we offer many all natural options. Try your shave ice how it is famously prepared in Hawaii and New Orleans with a scoop of ice cream on the bottom and possibly a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk on top.

Established in 2013.
We established our company in 2013 when we felt there was a need for a new and delicious treat option in our area. The company is named after our daughter, Charli, who was born the year prior to opening.

We moved to the keys from SC in 2011 and loved it from the start. We had our first child in 2012, and opened this business shortly after she was born. We get to meet so many different and amazing people from all over the world and we love what we do!
