DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought an awning from them not even a year ago, the pole is broken that they originally fixed and the awning is already torn.
This company in no way stands by their products. Letter to owner and phone calls to owner Mike Mere were not returned. A salesperson showed up at my home today not to resolve the issue but came unannounced, trespassed on my property then left the
back gate open so my 2 hunting dogs got out.
I came in the driveway just as he was leaving only to
have this salesperson hassle me, trying to blame someone else for their
ill performing product… Can they be serious.
The warranty they advertise for 10 years or is it 15 is a joke.
All that money and my awning did not even last a year.
My last awning lasted 20 years!
I will have to take them to court to get my full refund.
Buyers beware, don’t walk, run away from this company.
