The staff at Pacific Appraisers has over 150 years of valuation experience. We have a proven track record in the real estate market. Our staff includes Analysts, Certified Residential, Certified General and MAI designated appraisers. Pacific Appraisers is a real estate valuation and consulting firm. Since its inception, the firm has valued over $ 25 billion in real estate assets throughout California. Our mission is to provide our clients timely, well-​supported real estate appraisals from which intelligent business decisions can be made. This translates into the production of a report where all fieldwork, analysis, and writing are executed with the expertise, thoroughness, and professionalism, which our clients demand.

Meet the Business Owner

Ryan Whitelaw, MAI O.

Business Owner

Ryan Whitelaw is Co-​founder of Pacific Appraisers. He has a degree in

Mathematics from California State University Chico, and began his appraisal career in 1999 as a staff appraiser with World Savings. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute, and has been awarded the MAI designation. Achieving the MAI designation signifies that an appraiser has gone above and beyond the education and experience needed for state certification. Members submit to rigorous educational requirements, exams, and reviews to earn this designation.

Mr. Whitelaw is actively involved in the appraisal and review of all types

of commercial real estate located in Northern California. His primary coverage areas include the San Francisco Bay Area and Monterey Bay Area. In total, Mr. Whitelaw has personally completed more than 2,000 appraisals and reviewed more than 1,000 appraisals on a variety of different property types.
