Creative By Design is as its name suggests; very creative. We had various bids on our kitchen but CBD’s owner, Adam Seyler, had all the ideas — some which we hadn’t previously considered. The initial kitchen project expanded into the living room, downstairs and front porch/​deck remodel. We are totally satisfied with the craftsmanship, timeliness of completion and his concern for costs. We highly recommend Adam Seyler and Creative By Design for any home remodeling!

After deciding to do my kitchen remodel and interviewing multiple contractors, when Adam first came in the door and began giving me ideas, I knew immediatly he was my guy. He has great ideas, knows everything there is to know not just about remodeling but about electrical, plumbing, and all types of construction. He was able to guide me to a design I loved but avoided expenses I would not have recognized. His artistic skills show through with the attention to detail and true pride in his work. He was reasonably priced and did excellent work. He even installed my new wood floors and they look amazing! I am now saving to have Adam do my master bath since that is another of his specialties.

Adam and his brother did a complete remodel of our bathroom in the spring 2013. We came in slightly over budget, but that was our own fault for making post-​estimate changes/​upgrades. The quality of the work was excellent and we are very happy with the results. Adam gave us very good design recommendations and helped us choose materials, which we would not have been able to on our own.

My husband and I agonized for almost 2 years about a small remodel job in our house (knocking out a wall and improving the flow to our living room/​kitchen). When Adam came, he spoke in plain (reassuring) terms, sketched out ideas, and completely charmed us both. The REAL surprise was in the results. First of all, the 4-​day job only took 2 and a half days (yeah!) and came out beautifully. I can now sit on my living room couch and watch my husband pour me a glass of wine in the kitchen. It looks great, was a very fair and reasonable price, and working with Adam was awesome. We won’t hesitate to call him the next time we have a project!
