The holidays are done and now it is time for snow. Winter clothing and accessories are the mainstay of winter! If it snows we do retro skiwear and regular cold weather garb. The winter doldrums will come upon us and we help you fight those with things that are soft, bright and silly.

Low heeled boots, sensible high quality footwear (Dansko, Clarks, Merrill, Mephisto, Birkenstocks) sell very well. This is a great time for sparkly jewels and cashmere sweaters. For the guys we have wool sweaters, workwear jackets and cowboy boots.

As usual we have vintage clothing (1890’s to the early 1990’s), some western wear, wild odd things and high quality contemporary casual clothing for men and women. This year we have a large amount of vintage lace and a huge quantity of vintage buttons, many are Czech glass and shell. We also have aprons, suspenders and vintage tablecloths, and a few high end lace ones. There is the military surplus corner too… clothing and patches.

Established in 1991.

Doubletake began as a tiny 400 square foot shop many years ago. It has grown into a mecca of fashion, containing from wild and crazy, to the perfect comfort jeans. If you need a signature item or some costuming or some really cute wearable clothing come in and play!
