I have had Jimmy Johns 3 times 2 of three were below average. The one time it was good what on a camping trip and we were really tired and hungry. Not much meat, not much vegies, not much flavor. No need to ever go back for more.

The kids that work here are very rude. The girl at the front counter was very short with me and rude. I tried asking the guy making my sandwich a question and he was rude as well. This is my 3rd and last time to eat here. I get that the sandwiches are good and fast but this location needs people that want to be there.

I made on online order for two sandwiches and typically it only takes about 20 minutes to prepare, wrap and deliver the order, last time it took 45 min! I was baffled. I decided to call the store. After speaking with someone over the phone, they apologized for the long wait and made it known that what had happened is not their standard of customer service and refunded our order! Jimmy Johns is one of my favorite sandwich spots.

Went there to pick up sandwiches for our daughter after the birth of her child — she had to have cured meat after being deprived for 9 months. They looked so good we got them too, and were very pleased with the fast service. My Vito was very good, if a little skimpy on meat and cheese. Nice sandwich place.

So today is «Customer Appreciation Day» at Jimmy John’s, and most subs are being sold for a buck. What a deal! So I decided to venture to this site in the Issaquah Highlands on my lunch break(my office is by the Issaquah Post Office, and I’m not familiar at all with the Highlands area). I found it!(Thanks, GPS!). There was a long line outside the store, but it was moving fast, and for $ 1 subs, hey, who can complain? Once inside, I ordered my BLT and I have to admit, they move super fast here: not only did the line move fast, but watching the guy make my sandwich, I had to wonder, how on earth does he work so fast and not sever an appendage or something with the sharp knife he’s wielding? I for one could NOT work that fast without risking life and limb. I looked around. The restaurant was large, much larger than other JJ’s I’ve been to. And clean, with a lot of light from the windows. And the gal who took my order, and the guy who made my sandwich were really nice. How they could all be so pleasant on such a busy day for them defies logic. My sandwich was great, too! Fresh bread, very light mayo, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, good bacon, extra cucumbers. Delicious. And the fact that they have these special days where they sell their subs for $ 1 is incredibly nice. I’m a fan and will definitely return(now that I know where it is!).

If you are in Issaquah, in the mood for a submarine-style sandwich, and don’t loathe yourself, you’ll choose Jimmy John’s over Subway every time. And as a friendly bonus, they are right across the street from BevMo. That’s what I call a multi-tasking lunch, folks. So why choose Jimmy over Jared? Fresher ingredients, light years faster in the service department, friendlier staff, better options, deli pickles, and an ambiance that doesn’t resemble a state correctional institution. Oh, and the conspicuous absence of pedophiliac spokespeople. My go-to order? The Beach Club(#12) with oregano(cut in half… why this isn’t the default is beyond my ability to comprehend), Thinny Chips(watching my figure, naturally), and a pickle, quartered. Is the food here awesome? No. Is it pretty good? Yes. Will I continue to be a customer? Absolutely.

The Issaquah Highlands location recently decided to stop delivering past a 1-mile radius. Our business is less than 5 minutes down the hill, but just over a mile. They’ve delivered there a dozen times this past year, but one day someone there decided to get very rigid and refused to make a delivery. Doing my best to take my business elsewhere, but I am a fan of their sandwiches, I’ll admit. Boo Issaquah.

Staff lied. I submitted my order at 6:45pm. I called 30 minutes later and was told that my driver was out and I was the next stop. No food. I called back 45 minutes after the order was placed and was told the driver was bagging up my order and was on his way. 1 hour later, still no food. I live 5 minutes away, seriously? All hope is lost. I am very ill with pneumonia and just need food. 1 hour and 10 minutes later, a nice young man arrived apologetic with free food. Bottom line… Please do not lie to your customers, or in this case, an ex-customer.

Good sandwiches but dirty. I’m the only customer here but nearly all tables are dirty.

Ordered a sandwich at 930pm online. Takes 3 minutes to get to my house from the store. Got an e-mail at 10pm stating that my order was canceled.

YUMMM. Fast, fresh & delicious! A healthy alternative to fast food. Service was great. The staff was friendly & helpful, and it was surprisingly clean and a welcoming environment.

Absolutely the WORST service I’ve ever had! After waiting over 10 minutes for two sandwiches(so much for fast) while watching four other customers return to the counter with complaints about their order, my numbers were called. Sure enough, my sandwich was not on wheat bread which I had specifically ordered. By the way, I get sandwiches here three days a week and ALWAYS order wheat bread. The«supervisor»(aka. kid with gauges in his ears) remakes my sandwich and then insists I return to the register with him so he can collect the additional $.82 for wheat bread. YOUAREKIDDINGME(15 minutes later). Finally, I asked for the manager or owners phone number at which time he says, «I’ll get it for you in a little bit» and proceeds to help the next customer. While standing in front of this customer, I got out of his way and told him that apparently, if you are unhappy with their service and request a manager, they make you wait. To that, kid with gauges says, «of course I’m going to make you wait». Unreal — I hope the owner of this franchise knows what terrible service his/her employees give. You just lost my $ 60/week for your $.82…smart business!

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat for my family of 4. I would give 5 stars, but since they don’t deliver outside of the Issaquah Highlands area, having a bite delivered to anywhere else is «outside of my network». ;-)

This Jimmy Johns is just like the other Jimmy Johns. You can get food quickly. Its not great food, but its fast. Freakishly fast. I enjoy Jimmy Johns with other people because its so quick you can spend more time chatting about a work project or catching up or enjoying a quick bite before a movie or class. And you don’t even notice the food. Aside from being super-fast, I love that you can order online. In fact, I’ve yet to have been to a Jimmy Johns that making the sandwich took longer than my transit time there. Online ordering FTW!

It’s a Jimmy Johns. so yeah. I was really impressed by how quickly they can make a party platter on demand. It’s arguably quicker than making a trip to Costco albeit more expensive than the big box retailer.

I work from home a lot and pick up lunch from here and bring it back home. We moved here six months ago and I’ve probably been to this place 25 – 30 times. Definitely one of my go-to’s, the sandwiches are fresh and tasty, and the service is friendly and FAST. The speed of the entire transaction at Jimmy John’s is impressive and why it earns five stars from me. I order and they start making the sandwich usually before I have even paid. 15 – 30 seconds after I make the order, the sandwich is ready to roll. Tasty and efficient, which is a key combo during the lunch hour.

Expand your delivery area to the downtown area of Issaquah. There are a lot of hungry people who need delivery service.

Expand your delivery area. Village theatre is full of hungry employees that can’t leave on lunch break and would totally order sandwiches from you. Unfortunately it is located 1.12 miles away… 0.12 miles out of your delivery area. That’s only 633.6 feet. I’m hungry. And now I’m going to subway.

I can’t exactly explain why I love Jimmy John’s so much. There isn’t anything revolutionary about their sandwiches. In fact, they have a lot fewer options than most sandwich places. But I seriously can’t get enough. Any time my fiancé asks what I want for dinner or lunch, I say Jimmy John’s. She grants that wish once or twice a month(sometimes I sneak there by myself too). Maybe they put something in the mayo? Maybe it’s the speedy delivery? Maybe it’s those catchy slogans on the wall? Needless to say, I was so excited to have one open up down the street.
