Mountain Gurus

There are at least 5 reasons why my wife and I completely trust and rely on Dennis & the Mountain Gurus team to guide us safely on and off mountains around the world.
1. Skills & Training — Dennis and his team (s) are highly skilled and able to provide the mountaineering tips, technical skills and vital local conditions knowledge needed to best prepare for a successful adventure.
2. Communication — At all times we have both a voice and an open forum to discuss concerns, issues, modifications, opportunities and also receive needed feedback on our performance, health and progress toward the planned goal (or necessity to re-​evaluate our goals). This communication also extends to trusting Dennis and team to make the right call. If we’re going to the top, we know it. If we’re turning back, the communication is just as clear and the hard truth will be both delivered and accepted.
3. Safety — Our family, from children to parents, siblings & grandparents, expects us to return home safe and sound. Dennis and team give us, and our family, the peace of mind required by providing us with the best support staff, experienced guides and logistics that allow a fun, exciting but ultimately safe adventure intended to bring us home in one piece with a great story & plenty of photos to show off.
4. Trouble free planning — Although my wife and I are meticulous planners for family holidays, mountaineering requires a skilled & knowledgeable touch, so we needed to trust that Mountain Gurus and their stellar record of performance with clients could plan for us with very little legwork or additional input to ensure we had the «right» fit for the planned adventure. They’ve never let us down.
5. Fun — At the end of the day, once we’ve eaten the food (which has never been lacking in quality or quantity), once we’ve put in the miles/​meters/​feet, once we’ve packed up the gear and once we’ve parted ways, it’s the immeasurable amount of fun that we had throughout the easy and the difficult moments that stays with us like the photos, videos and the memories, plastering a smile on our faces long into the flights back home & beyond.
Hiking long distances, climbing high peaks & living in harsh conditions is hard enough. Why make it any more difficult by not giving Mountain Gurus consideration? It’s just not worthwhile to potentially save a few dollars or decide to gamble with an unknown quantity once your «in country» at a risk to your health, safety and overall adventure experience.
