Precision Collision Auto Body

Okay so originally I gave them 2 stars because i was never greeted and waited in the lobby for a 30 hour. Employees saw me standing there but never said anything. I changed it to 3 stars because when the work was done they did an excellent job. So yeah the customer service is in need of serious improvement, but they do excellent work. I wouldn’t say I’m totally loyal but if I had to I would go there again to just be sure to have the work on my car well done.

Called earlier and talked to Gary (who sounds like a druggie – more than a few lost brain cells), who was less than eager to be helpful on the phone. He was snotty and rude and made it very difficult to make an appointment for an estimate… so I decided to buy the parts from our dealership and have them install what’s needed. I’d rather pay more money than deal with rude people!

I dropped in for a quote for one of my agency’s vehicles. The guy came out for a quick second and gave me a quote but when I asked for it in writing he blew me off. I explained that I needed to have something on paper so my employer would approve the repair. He literally said it would be a waste of his time to do that for me and that any other repair shop would give me the same quote he did. I took that to mean that he didn’t want my business so I simply took him up on the suggestion to go to another shop that would be happy to print a quote. I’ve never had someone so offended at being offered business.

This is now ABRA auto body on Sunset way. I called and made an appointment for 1 pm on Monday the 10^th of Nov. I showed up about 5 min. early and was told to wait it would be a few minutes. 30 minutes later the adjuster showed up. No apology, no thanks for waiting. The receptionist was horrible as well. Doesn’t seem to like her job at all. They were so unfriendly that I wouldn’t return to them. And if they are that dissatisfied with their jobs what kind of job do you think they would do? Also, had a scratch on the side of the car that needed to be fixed. Pretty easy fix and they told me it would take 1 to 2 weeks. Really. Not a professional auto body place at all!

I just picked up my car from those guys and they were amazing. They estimated it would take 4 days to fix, which it did, and were extremely helpful in getting me to the rental car agency. When i came to pick it up, all i had to do was drop off my rental car with them, and drive away in my car. The work they did was perfect, and the customer service was amazing. I was really blown away. Would absolutely recommend them.

Stopped in for a quote today on a very small scratch and the receptionist told me I needed to make an appointment. The estimator was out to lunch and the other lady who sounded like she could have helped me informed the receptionist that she was getting ready to go on lunch.
Really? You couldn’t take a few minutes to look at it and call me back or email me after you crunch the numbers when you get back from your lunch?
Not coming back.

was involved in an accident on the way home from work. passing by the church, i was frightenned for my life when the old lady banged into me. she was turning left from my left side as i was driving straight and collided into my driver side door. was lucky because we were both unharmed. neither the fender or passenger door was affected. her insurance coverred repair expenses. but the whole driver side door was smash. precision collision was a blessing. they replaced the door panel within couple days. paint matched perfectly. estimates were accurate. scheduling was easy. loaner car was brand new ford explorer. i liked the loaner car. workers were friendly and we talked about cars. service was seamless and bodywork was clean and efficient. highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best car repair experience I have ever had. All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I was on crutches and have a five year old and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The car repair was amazing, I could not tell at all where they had fixed it, it looked just the same. They treated my 2005 Ford Focus Wagon with the same respect and attention to detail as they did the Porsche I saw when I was there. They even cleaned the inside of my car! I know there are other Precision Collisions and I know nothing about them but whoever owns these should be extremely proud of the Sunset Way shop in Issaquah. They are truly wonderful!
