Worst customer service ever! Came in knowing what we were going to purchase (25 gallons) and the guy could not have been less helpful or more rude. I’ve never experienced anything like this. We walked out as we were not going support this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the Gilman location if you want to buy SW paint.

All time worst experience at this particular store-​3 times in a row. The employees are untrained & disorganized. 2 of the 3 were condescending and rude when they became flustered by their own lack of knowledge and inability to answer questions. The first time into the store the employee assisting me felt the need to repeatedly tell me how they were supposed to be off their shift-​apologies for being such an inconvenience! I gave it 3 shots and it’s been a bomb every time. Never coming back again, I’ll go to Benjamin Moore.

John was a great help to me. I asked him to match a color for my college-​age son’s room. The color was just not right. But John added colors until it was perfect. He was super patient and helpful. Thank you!
