Relaxing and thorough mani pedi with Lily with an amazing back and neck massage at the end!

Clean, pleasant atmosphere. Both nail techs were kind, gentle and very thorough. The lady that did my acrylic nails was very nice and took the time to ask my name and talk about where I live etc. She did a beautiful job on my nails and in less time than my normal place. I highly recommend this salon.

Came here for a quick gel manicure before leaving for holiday. The technicians are patient and careful. Definitely a good place for students and those who would love a good mani with a reasonable price!

This nail salon is a racket and the most inefficient salon I have ever visited. I have never written a review on Unilocal for anything, but the service was so bad I decided to share my experience. I booked appointments for me, my daughter and her friend. While they seated us immediately, they kept switching nail technicians on all three of us. It appeared they were rotating technicians on each of us based on the phase of our mani/​pedis. One would start, they would get up in the middle of a procedure and leave us sitting there. When they decided to resume, it would be a different technician. As they worked on us, their quality of service was sub-​par. It reminded me of a scene from an Eddie Murphy movie when he was in the barber shop for a hair cut and the scissors were moving, but no hair was actually cut. My daughter asked three times to have her cuticles pushed, cleaned up and hang nails addressed. They reassured her for 15 minutes they would do it. When she asked a fourth time, they switched technicians. One coat of polish during the pedicures. I finished earlier than the other two, and asked to cover the costs for all three of us. It took them 30 minutes to ring me out, and they attempted to charge me at one price and then over charge my daughter $ 15 for her services. We got the same package, gel mani and regular pedi. When I went to pay, they stood over me and pressed the inclusion of a tip. During our visit, four nail techs rotated between me, my daughter, her friend and another customer. The other customer left angry, and we left dissatisfied. I will never go back, and I recommend not wasting your time or money on this establishment. Finally, as I waited I looked around on the floor and there were clippings all over the floor and the mani stations were filthy.

Fantastic spot! We were visiting family in Ithaca and needed a place for a mani/​pedi. We brought our grandma along, and even she loved it! They were so attentive to her needs. This was her first mani/​pedi and she was in heaven! They took great care of us and our toes. I would definitely recommend them!

After waiting 85 minutes after appointment time, we gave up on service. They didn’t even seem to care. One star for cleanliness. Zero stars for no service. So why did they give an appointment just to waste our time?

BEST Nail Salon in Ithaca!
I just stopped in for a pedicure and decided to go with the Mango Spa treatment, it was awesome. The treatment was very thorough and included scrub, mud, callus removal, and paraffin wax. And, this was separate from the very relaxing massage!
I will definitely be back!

Have been here 2 times now for Mani and Pedi and Gel nail polish. Great experience and pest Pedi ever!!! Very clean and kind! Again BEST Pedi!!!

Terrific pedicure! Friendly staff, beautiful space, very clean. Attentive to detail. Best leg/​foot massage I’ve had; even gave me a shoulder massage as my toes were under the dryer! Will definitely return.

Best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. Huge selection of polish colors. $ 50 for a mango spa pedicure with a great leg massage, callous remover, and hot stone massage and a free manicure.
The man who did my pedicure also did my manicure, and he did an awesome job. They also came around and offered complimentary coffee/​water bottles.
Pretty space, but not a ton of parking since it shares a small parking lot with Moe’s and Pizza Hut. Huge wal Mart parking lot right across the street though.
