Established in 2011.
HPM Tech Services started it’s life as a side business by Senior Support Tech, John Brehm. It quickly grew and John realized that there was a need for his skills for small businesses IT Support and personal computer repair. Jay O’Leary, the President of ActionXL (parent company of HPM Tech Services), had been mentoring John and his software company needed IT support and they also like the idea of adding another business to their roster. John was hired in May of 2011 and HPM Tech Services has been expanding it’s client list ever since.

Manager
John has always shown a passion for computers. He excelled in classes offered at his local High School and was urged by his guidance counselor in his senior year to take a Computer Technology Class offered at BOCES. John tested out of the 1st year coursework so that he could dive into the Networking and Hardware 2nd year coursework, this type of work really drew him. John worked at local retailers in Technology related positions until he got his break and got a position working for CBORD as a Point of Sale Support Technician. This position allowed John to support Windows based computer networks in a variety of large environments. John went on to work for CBORD’s internal IT staff where he supported 400+ users, and administered several mission critical systems such as the backup system. John started HPM Tech Services as a side business while still working at CBORD in the IT department and left CBORD to start HPM Tech Services as a full time business.
