This is a terrific company and I highly recommend using them. Ohn, the owner, is knowledgable, professional, and quite frankly, a really nice person. (It isn’t necessary to be a nice person, but it sure does help!) He rekeyed my whole house when I moved and I was very pleased. What he provided was very secure and it fit the style of my house. He returns phone calls in a timely fashion and he guarantees his work. You won’t go wrong if you call him!

Ohn was amazingly helpful. My younger sister locked herself out of our home while my parents were at the ER 2.5 hours away. I now live 6 hours away and was able to coordinate with Ohn over the phone to make sure he and my sister would be at the house at the same time. He was exceptionally courteous and extremely helpful — and fast! A real life saver in an emergency. Thank you Ohn, I hope to not need your services again but if I ever do you will be the first I call!

They were great. Called me back right away and I would say came and took care of the problem within 1 hr. I called them on a Sat night. Had 2 expensive bikes locked on a hitch rack in my driveway and we lost the key. They could easily have been stolen so we had to get help removing the lock right away to get the bike inside. They did the job and happy with their service.
