This place is pretty new in the area. They sell something like empanadas. It’s good for a quick snack or lunch. It’s like fast food. I had the chicken and potatoes which was a ok and the mole with chicken which was really good. The place is not as cheap as the other places that sell the same food around the area.

Like a stuffed croissant with sesame on top. I tried the mole with chicken., I don’t like mole. Really wish I got the papa con pollo… get the mole if you like your chicken tasting like chocolate

My favorite place in New York if you are near to Roosevelt Ave you have to come and try a famous Paste which is kind of an empanada but way better.

Pastes Kiko’s is a Mexican chain that recently welcomed it’s first US store in the middle of Jackson Heights/Corona. When passing by outside on Roosevelt Avenue, the colors inside give the illusion that it is actually a Colombian place while inside, the pastes(super delicious and flaky Mexican-style empanadas) scream Mexico to the core. We had a huge helping of pastes. My favorite was(not surprisingly) the mole. so much depth in flavor in just one flaky bite. The close second and third were the salchica(sausage) and the chicken and potatoes respectively. Until the next.

Great pastes/empanadas! Really tasty, good and cheap option. I love the sweet ones.
