Terrible management and customer service stay away! Went there to make what I though would be an easy return or exchange but turned out to be a long ordeal for no reason other than the manager and sales associate refusing to honor the discount coupon that is on their own company’s website. First the sales associate said payless or any store does not do price adjustments. So I decided to return my shoes and repurchase them but the sales associate insisted that my buy one get one on 2 full priced shoes was a better deal than these same shoes at a sale price plus a 20% coupon that was on payless website that stated it could be used on everything in store or online and to show the code. Then the sales associate refused to honor the coupon saying I needed a barcode and expiriation date. The goddamn store should be on top of their sales and website. I shouldn’t have to explain where and how I came about this coupon if its on their own website. I already used this coupon at another store that had no issues with me using it and they gladly typed in the code. The sales associate called for the manager and he also wanted to see an expiration date and barcode eventhough I’m using my phone showing him the coupon on the website. He’s asking me what website I was on when you can clearly see the address bar on top. After 20mins of playing dumb he says he knows that coupon and said it was only for 3 days, for this past weekend. However this is Monday afternoon and the website still has this coupon up. So I told him to put in the friggin code and see what happens. Finally he did and it friggin worked. I was able to get my discount and I got money back. Avoid this payless location if you wanna use coupons and payless with no stress.
