Meet the Business Owner

Timothy M.

Business Owner

Born and raised in Pearl, MS, Timothy McLendon is no stranger to the construction industry around Mississippi. After helping his brother Shane McLendon of Home Remedies LLC overseeing home remodeling projects, Tim decided to go into business with his brother and expand their vision into another home improvement and repair field: HVAC contracting.

After graduating from Delta Technical College and earning his Master Mechanical (HVAC) license, Tim opened the doors of AC Remedies in January 2013, and he’s been repairing air conditioners and heaters all over the state since. Tim resides in Pearl, MS, with his wife and their three children.
