Academy Pest Management, LLC and Academy Property Maintenance, LLC is a full service based pest management company. We are all about the service not the sell. With better service our sales will continue to increase, so to sacrifice service makes no sense at all. The owners of Academy Pest Management, LLC have implemented one of the most radical policies in the pest control industry. As of May 1, 2012 every termite bait treatment that is done will be accompanied with a liquid application, for termites, to the foundation as well as FREE quarterly outside pest management for the life of the agreement. There are no surprises, hidden costs or gotchas.

Termites and insects are here. They have been here since before we were here and they will be here long after we are gone. The best anyone can hope to do is to manage them so they don’t cause as much damage as they can.

From termites to common household insects to the damages caused by termites, we will fix the problem.

History

Established in 2011.

Established in 2011 from the eyes of a technician, not the eyes of a salesman. At Academy Pest Management, LLC we employ New Technologies while adhering to the Old School Values from a time long ago.

After working at various pest control companies and realizing that once those companies got a customer and seeing how the customers were treated after the sale, the owner of Academy Pest Management, LLC knew that there was a better way.

A vision was born and a dream realized.

We adopted the belief that we need to work around the customers schedule not them around ours.

The services we offer are from under one roof. We do not subcontract out any work.

With over 17 years in the pest control industry and over 26 years in the construction industry we look at properties from a different perspective. With this extensive background, we look at how to solve the problem not cover them up. We look deep into the source of the problem and inform the customer as to how we can fix it for them.

Business Owner

John started his career in the pest control not knowing anything about termites or insects except that they were bugs. He was hired by a local company not for his knowledge of bugs but because he knew how to build a house. His first day he discovered that yes he knew how to build one but he did not know how to fix one. John asked his trainer to teach him, and he did.

That was the start of something special. John learned not only how to repair a house but he was trained in the old school approach to the treatments of termites and insects.

Nothing was hidden from him in his training. He never turned down a challenge. The owner of the company that gave him his start told him that he had never seen anybody who worked the way John did and that he had never seen anybody do the vast array of jobs that he asked for.

For John to go outside the box is not unusual. He looks at properties unlike many owners, salesmen and technicians. John takes his work and his word personally. He is Old School.
