This wire was brought down when a tree fell and has now been down 8 days (and thus effecting my service). It’s a safety concern and blocking traffic. Three calls to comcast and still no one here. This company is so outrageously terrible. Their customer service is extremely frustrating and appalling. I despise and regret how much of a monopoly this company has over cities all across the nation. #comcastcansuckit #hatecomcast #somuch
Update: It ended up being 14 days and two service visits until I got service again. Multiple phone calls and service tickets. Ridiculous.

Absolutely the WORST service I have ever seen. Literally everything is bundled through the router so when it goes, it all goes. Their answer– a five day wait for a technician. They SERIOUSLY need to hire people if they’re this bad off. Luckily I’m close enough to their «service» center that I can do things my self because if I had to wait on their service we’d NEVER be connected.
I have an elderly person in our home whose only connection to the outside world is the phone and TV so if she looses that she looses it all. She can’t hear good enough or see good enough for a cell phone.
This company had better dread the day if and when C-Spire finally gets up because IF they are the company they claim to be then Comcast will very quickly go under with equipment and service like this.
Did I mention I’ve only had this router less then two weeks? Very sad!
