Manager

Merrida Coxwell is a veteran of numerous civil and criminal trials. Throughout his career he has defended some of the most highly publicized criminal cases in the State of Mississippi, earning him a reputation as a solid, effective, and persistent advocate. His advice has been sought by prominent citizens and working people. Merrida considers the needs and concerns of his clients as his first and only priority.

In the area of civil law Merrida has obtained verdicts and judgments in excess of 300 million for people who were injured or defrauded. Merrida manages a firm that handles serious accident and injury cases or fraud cases.

Merrida is married and the father of two children and one step-​son. He is active in nonprofit events and charities in and around Jackson. He is also politically active to ensure that the right to the jury trial is not taken form individuals.
