Hands down, still the slowest DD I have ever patronized. Why do I subject myself to this treatment? Location, location, location. Since they are adjacent to a WaWa, it will be easy to switch my loyalties. They have a good core group of employees but they are not enough to cover the other, newer, less experienced workers. The biggest problem is their concentration on the drive up window coupled with the fact that they never seem to have enough people working. The counter is just not big enough to handle the demand and you always have to wait while the 1 employee is making drinks.

This place is terrible. The got better for about a year but they’ve gone right back downhill in the last 6 months. The drive thru wait time is ridiculous. There are a number of servers that are rude, ignorant or just plain indifferent. Half the time they get the order wrong and the other half you’ve waited so long you don’t even want it anymore. Going inside is no better. They will make you wait in there as well, they will frequently have arguments amongst themselves INFRONTOFCUSTOMERS. And they move a snail’s pace. The only thing good I can say is it doesn’t appear to be dirty to me. At least, I think.

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever visited. Service is slow, orders often made wrong and the manager, Patrick, does not care.

So, I have grown up in Jackson, left for a number of years, then returned, and this place has been here almost just as long. You would think that by now, they would have this down to a science, but they do not. EVERY time I think«today might be better» it’s just not, and let me say, I feel terrible because there are a few staff members that are TRULY nice and do their best. But, this has to be some sort of bad management issue. First, I have almost never had a fresh cup of coffee here. It always tastes old or burnt. Second, they are almost always OUT of things! On my most recent visit, just yesterday, they were out of APPLECIDER! How do you run out of something when it’s the month of the Pumpkin at Dunkin? It’s FALL. They offered me an iced tea instead, and it was absolutely disgusting, and they screwed up the size. Lastly, the wait in the drive-thru seems to always take forever. There have been countless times that I have opted to go elsewhere rather than wait in their line. My advice is just drive up the street to the one in Howell. It’s cleaner, better, and the biggest problem I have encountered is their ATM running out of money. Just don’t go here.

The text of what I recently sent to dunkin donuts corporation: (9−28−2012), I went into this store to order a lightly toasted bagel with cream cheese. the employees were unable to enter the order on the POS system. The Manager stood by and did nothing. after 2 minutes I asked if I should leave and order somewhere else and the manager told me to be patient, to be quiet and that I would get my food. He was not nice, yelled at me from across the room and walked out before I could speak to him. The employees were very kind but the manager was an idiot! I will not be returning to this location and I am considering not doing any more business with your company until the issue is resolved to my personal satisfaction. Finally, I paid cash and I did not receive a receipt, which I did not notice until now since I was in a rush. I got an automated reply however a human has yet to contact me about my horrible experience: «Restaurant Visit Thank you for contacting Dunkin’ Donuts, we value our guests’ feedback and we’ll make sure your comments get shared. If we need additional information we will contact you soon.» 10÷2÷2012 update from Dunkin Donuts Corporate: ========================================= Dear S, We would like to thank you for taking the time to contact us about your experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant located at 715 Bennets Mills Rd Jackson, NJ .
