Ellen was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect home. I highly recommend her and would def refer her to others!!!

Very disappointing. While the agent Stephanie was very nice and tried her best to find a house for us they were unable to close a deal after weeks of looking. When expressing our frustration in an email to Ellen we were shocked to read her rude response. Therefore we decided to look for homes ourselves with no realtor and guess what? We found exactly what we were looking for all by ourselves. We closed the deal and signed the papers three days later.

My advice, stay away! Not only Ellen but the broker manager cynthia, john, luke, are a nightmare.. Ellen and all of the others are the most unprofessional, nasty, lazy, combative so called realtors I have ever had the misfortune to ‘work’ with, although Ellen, my so called realtor did virtually no work promised or expected. First of all and I could go on forever, she came to my home with an attitude. Gave me a listing price which I thought was very low. I told her I would consider hiring her but my listing price had to be 20k more than she suggested having already done my homework, she told me I was crazy and it would never sell. I then decided, knowing the market conditions, to list it for 30k yes 30,000.00 more than she, the supposed expert said. She was very unhappy and made it clear. Well guess what; I had multiple offers and sold My home (myself) I might add because she did nothing else related to my sale, for 22k, yes, 22,000.00 MORE than Ellen wanted to list it for and told me I would never get. It’s my belief she gets people to sign contracts for low ball prices and then disappears. She provided almost NONE of the items in her handout with her listing agreement that tells you what services she will provide for percentage if cimmission. I took the ‘full 5% oackage’ she provided virtually nothing on that handout. No sign; no open house, no assist with c of o which anyone in jackson knows is a nightmare. I did most everything myself. When I apparently had the nerve to tell her I wasn’t happy and that she needed to be responsive and get a handle on things; she flipped out; told me (not true of course because I spoke to her probably 3 times) that she spoke to me more than she spike to her husband. Lucky for him I guess but not true. She was nasty, argumentative, obtuse and non responsive. I then asked and they are REQUIRED to provide me with anothet agent. Their office REFUSED until I threatened to report them to the real estate commission. They gave me the BROKER/​MANAGER Cynthia, finally, who also did virtually NOTHING on my behalf… She and John also a managet, refused my requests to meet to discuss the issues. John was even worse!!! They REFUSED TO ADDRESS ANYTHING! John was as nasty and obtuse and as dense as Ellen was if not worse. They knew nothing that was going on with my sale or my purchase in PA which needed to be coordinated. My PA realtor and attorney did all the work. Cynthia didn’t even know when the closing was. She found out that day and the only thing they did besides put my house in the MLS was collect their commission. Also Luke from their office showed my home and brought with him his girlfriend whom he lied to me about and misrepresented her to me as his ‘assistant’. She was dressed in my opinion like a street walker and my suspicions were confirmed that she was not his assistant when I saw her grabbing the keller williams agent, Luke’s behind while in my yard showing my home to a potential buyer!!! I then Confirmed with KW office that he does not have an assistant. This is ON TAPE as I have the footage from my security system to back up my statements. I could go on and on further about the nightmare of each of these people from KW but bottom line. I wouldn’t hire Ellen or KW if they were the only realtors left on earth. STAY AWAY!!!#

First off at our first meeting she was over an hour and a half late. Walked in not a sorry nothing at all. Told us she will have our house sold in a month. Plus find us a new place to live. When we told her what towns we want to move to she said oh i have so many listings in those towns i will find you something fast. So we signed with her. Biggest mistake. She lied. She knew nothing about middlesex co at all. Even when we said ok show us down the shore. She never showed us any homes. What she did was send me a list online and said «here you look». Thats as far as she went to find us a home. Ended up because of her sitting on her butt and not doing nothing. We lost our home. She was so lax to do anything. She never returned calls, texts. emails. We ended up finding a condo ourselves on Craig’s list. Yet we signed with her for her to find us a home. In the middle of all this she went away on vacation 2 different times and never told us she was going out of town. This was during the time we needed to sell fast and she knew that. She is not dependable at all. She is not a nice person and you can not trust her. Wish we would have known better we would have never signed with her. She left us hanging for so long that because of her we lost our home. Please don’t use this women she is the worst.
