I have used Hermetic Rush for about 7 years and have been pleased with their service. So, when my mother in law called me complaining that the company she uses performed a free inspection, found mold in her unit, and was a bit too pushy trying to sell her some equipment to eliminate the mold, I told her I would call Hermetic Rush and ask them about this ‘equipment.’ Nikki offered to provide a second opinion free of charge and they would be there first thing the following day. The Hermetic Rush tech confirmed what the other company found. Because of their quick service and friendly tech, my mother in law purchased the needed equipment from Hermetic Rush.
