History

Established in 1977.

EVERY NIX-​TANN sales agent & associate broker is a Realtor®, a distinction earned only through membership in the National, Mississippi & Central Mississippi Association of Realtors®. This ensures that every transaction is guided by the Realtor® Code of Ethics, a Golden Rule for real estate, which promotes honesty & fairness above all. The company & all its agents belong to the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This ensures that the general public & all other MLS members have access to every property (single & multi-​family houses for sale or rent, raw land & commercial buildings for sale or rent) being marketed through MLS in central Mississippi.

The Tanns are life-​long Jacksonians, as are many of the almost 4-​dozen agents who hang their licenses at NIX-​TANN.
