We have 3 major services that we currently provide for our customers. These services include; Food Service, Religious Services and Event Planning, with pages for each service containing more details. We are always ready to help you to better serve your guests and make any special occasion truly special.

History

Established in 2010.

Formerly known as P3 Catering, we have branched out and now can offer more services than simply cooking for you. Most of our experience is small scale catering we can also do somewhat larger groups for A La carte service. Since we changed names in 2013 we can now also offer convention planning, corporate parties, religious ceremonies and restaurant consulting.

Business Owner

My name is Lou Cicalese. I am a Certified Chef, Pastry Chef and a Nationally Ranked Server. In 2010 I competed in the Skills USA National competition for Fine Dining Food and Beverage Service and took 7^th place for all US Territories. I am recently ordained by the Universal Life Church and am associated with Faith in Fate Ministries. I have been planning parties and major events for the better part of a decade. I have taught dining rooms classes and will find a way to make things happen despite all odds. I can handle any situation and emergency.
